We were buying this morning and was refused service because we were buying too much, according to manager Blake. Please join us in helping Shoe Carnival know our dislike in any store in the Joplin area who shows hate towards charities by not shopping here.

Youre a shoe store with alot of shoes alot but ya funding sizes you need good luck and NO Cleats WTH? Ya I still spent $170 in one trip

I really like coming to shoe carnival cuz your girls are very friendly and I was able to find shoes for my grandsons next month Im going to come and buy me a couple pairs of shoes

The store was pretty messy. Staff just standing around. Prices are a little expensive for some of the shoe choices even on sale. But found something I wanted.

My birdbath and zip both found the other shoes. I have wide feet and its hard to find wide shoes i like. They had a pair of boots i loved and in wide!

Not much of selection in sizes..it was buy one get one 1/2 off and couldnt find a 2nd pair

Excellent selection of shoes 👞 👌. The greeter was consistantly giving me and my family side glances so, thats why 4 out of 5. Lady checking us out was very nice though.

I tried to order shoes 13 times still no shoes. Went somewhere else.

Not much selection and the staff is not helpful at all. They speak to you but do not actually pay attention to what you are looking for, instead just trying to change your mind to their availability.We went for dress shoes and she wanted us to buy crocs. 😒😒😒

I was there to buy Sketcher shoes for my daughter. She not only found her shoes but just as we were ready to leave they announced in store a buy one get one half off. I just so happen to love a pair of jelly pops. So I got them at half price. Very happy!

Selection seems to be declining at this store.

I went to the Joplin location to buy a pair of Converse for a birthday present. I had received a $15 off coupon when I arrive to the register the cashier was leaning across the counter talking to her friend or something and they were playing on the phone. She ignored me for a couple minutes then noticed I was looking. She got up walked down to a register and said ma’am I can help you down here. I walked down and I showed her the coupon and she said you have to have a barcode... she said our online is completely different then our in store and I said well I drove here for this because it said in store only she rolled her eyes and She stated “ you can go back to the website “ so I did. I explained it was a offer that popped up and I had clicked on it. She at no point offered to help me. So I asked politely if she could help me. She said “ I don’t know you can ask one of them” I said can you get someone to help? And he sarcastically paged someone who was standing 3 feet away. He walked over.. when he arrived she stated “ she needs help using our website” and laughed at this point I felt I’ve never had someone so unwilling and angry I can’t even put into words how she made me feel. The manager tried to help me but I was already so flustered I told him I’d rather leave she continued to say stuff as he tried to help me. I felt attacked and I was completely polite to this woman.

Been buying shoes here for a long time they always have what Im looking for and very courteous and willing to help if needed Id prefer to go here than other stores

The sales people are so helpful! We always buy our shoes here because of the quality of shoes, the reasonable prices, and the friendly staff!Update 2021: We dont buy shoes here anymore. The store is still great but the quality of the shoes has really declined. They fall apart in a matter of a couple of months! Im lowering my 5 star review to a 3.

They were more expensive then some of the other stores in townIm thinking they may have raised their prices a little bit for their buy one get one 1/2 off sale.... Selection was not very good

Clean, well stocked and able to find what you are looking for easily. Had two questions and was assisted quickly and with a willing attitude. Wheelchair friendly except for the sale area.

Dont waste your time if you have above average size feet. According to the person that helped us, the average size is 6-7. So we havent bothered going back to try again in the last year.

I went in but one of the pair of shoes I wanted they didnt have in my size but they told me they could have them ordered and sent to my house at no extra charge and I could still get the bogo sale offer with them. They said it would take 3 to 5 days and I had them in 2!! I LOVE SHOE CARNIVAL!!!!!

I dont shop for shoes often but the few times Ive come here, they didnt have my size in the shoe Ive wanted. I know they can order it but I could also order it myself online. I go into a store to pick it up and take it home. Plus the last time I went, someone was able to switch Wal-Mart brand Bobs/Toms for theirs...

All of the employees I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to exchange a pair of shoes I got as a gift for a different size, and it was the easiest process. Very happy with my experience there.

Gret price and deals and awesome customer service

This where I usually end up buying shoes. You can typically do the bogo and if you want a little something extra for a discount ask to spin the wheel! You do need to watch prices though, when we went yesterday my boyfriend found a pair of shoes he liked but didnt want to spend that much, he saw them at another store for $20 cheaper the same day (both priced as regular priced items).
