These guys assembled a 3 wheel adult bike for me to give as a gift, I am over 200 miles away in another state. I had the bike Fed X ed to them everything had to be done via phone. I have never seen them in person, Elijah is the young man who helped me and he kept me informed and updated, Kudos to Blue Bikes owner (Mark Cox) for having a great employee. These guys have been maintaining my bike for years. The mechanics and electronics on my bike are complicated, and I have had some crazy problems that I would never be able to understand, but Blues Bike has always come through with the fix! The new store is really cool, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful...Highly recommended!!!

I done a lot of shopping before deciding to purchase a new Specialized Sport from Blues Bike. Mark and all the staff are great. Had some issues with the bike right off the start, Mark, the owner contacted Specialized, after a few trips the problem was nearly 100% resolved. I still need to go by sometime at Marks request and have it tuned one more time. When shopping for bikes, I wasnt looking at price as much as I was feeling out the staff and different bike shops. They are great. Their prices was great also, but I could tell I would get good customer service just by making several trips in there to look for a bike. Im glad I did!If you want to be taken care of after the sell, dont shop anywhere else. Please dont go South to larger bike shops. Youll be disappointed by high prices and lack of knowledge and concern -- **Shop At Blues **Great people, Ill be back!

Just dropped in to visit a local shop. Very nice shop. Staff took the time to talk even though I wasnt really there to buy. Super knowledgeable and ride bikes themselves.

They are awesome! I came 8n with an urgent fix for my daughter that had to be done that day because she was leaving for college the next day. The guys bent over backwards to make sure it got done on time and for a very reasonable price. Excellent service!

Had a old Schwinn bike that I wanted to get redone. Nothing worked on it, it did not shift and the brakes were terrible. I had Blues Bike shop go through it and get it all working again. They did a amazing job and even cleaned it up to look new! Highly recommend Blues!

I dont give alotta 5 stars but this shop is amazing. I went in there with $10 to get my bike fixed so i could go hit some trails with my friends and the guy actually showed me how to fix the bike without the part i was gonna buy. I shopped around and got a nice water bottle holder too. Really nice shop, the atmopshere is great and they treat you good.

Very disappointed after checking all of Joplin for a decent bike shop. I love road and off-road riding on trails and in the city for a good workout, and having a team of people you can count on to help with the purchase and then follow-up on the purchase of a very expensive bike is a TRUE MUST. Ive moved to the area and the last town I lived, similar in size to Joplin, had 3 really good bike shops all of which I used for advice and multiple purchasing of bikes and bike equipment. This is the worst shop in the area, and will have to, much to my dismay, have to trust in another bike shop in this area. Recently Ive even resorted to driving to Springfield to a few shops that seem to have experienced and knowledgeable staff. Im mostly disappointed in this shop because after the sale- when problems arose- they were very less-than-eager to get a resolve to the matter, and actually made things worse. I will not be back.

Awwwwesom. Hey! That beared, hippy lookin dude in the back new more about what I needed than his boss. Got a GREAT deal on a brake handle that broke off my handlebars. Neat selection of unique bicycles, but yall need to get a better selection of fingerless cyclists gloves. JS.
