The Americano was made extremely well. And the breakfast sandwich I got was hot and made on the spot. I didnt feel those two items should equal a charge of $10. Also the seating is basic because its in a truck stop. So youre not going to have the normal quaint coffee shop experience.

Traveled 20 miles one way to come here. I used to rave that it was so much better than Starbucks. The barista was highly inexperienced. I ordered a white chocolate cooler and he gave me no whipped cream, he corrected that and for some reason added peppermint topping very nervously. The drink itself was pure syrup and espresso. My friends blended lemonade tasted sour. He gave us a refund happily, admitting he didn’t know what he was doing

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE GODDESS OF HOT CHOCOLATE, MISTY!!!!! I have stopped here about 4 times in the last month, as we drive thru this state weekly, and have been very unsatisfied with my drinks....but today, I was so excited to see Misty behind the counter! Not only did I know I would finally get an amazing drink, but the customer service would be outstanding! Misty seems to enjoy her job and enjoys being around people, unlike the other employees we have encountered there lately. Please train everyone to be as awesome as Misty!

I’m a truck driver of 4 years. About a half hour ago, I walked up and said, “Hi...” in a friendly tone. Drew a breath to ask the man if he had any sugar free flavors for the iced coffee. He was holding some cash and a receipt in his hand. He kind of barked at me to wait bc he was “ringing something up”... I said, “But I don’t even know if I want anything yet, I just have a question.” “Well you need to wait, I’m ringing something up.” As though I personally had been bothering him for hours. So I walked away, paid for the General’s Hot Sauce I was already holding for my Army vet boyfriend, and got a Monster Zero out of the mini fridge in my semi. Been through way too much bs to get talked down to by a barista in an apron for no damn reason and idc how much I like coffee, I won’t buy it from him.

Better than Starbucks!! My husband and I travel all over the country trucking, so we are used to decent truck stop coffee like Loves or Pilot. But this place really took me by surprise. Iced dark chocolate mocha coffee was incredible and totally made my morning. Anyone who knows and loves coffee, understands that feeling when you get bad coffee and it just kinda throws your mood off, so this was a great surprise! LOVED IT!

I was disappointed. I got a frozen blended chocolate coffee. It was very sweet and didnt have enough ice in it, which made it very thin. I probably wont try this place again.

I was so happy when we found a Caribou on our travels. The barista made our mochas just the way we asked. Thank you, Caribou. The espresso is consistent and so smooth.

Sadly, there is no longer a Caribou anywhere near my home base, so I rarely get to enjoy a cup of coffee made with very well roasted beans, Great customer service, and wonderful pastries.HyVee in Springfield used to host a Caribou, but then they brought in a more politically correct brand with cheap beans that are disguised by burnt roast.Whenever we are in an area with a Bou, we stop in for a cappuccino or mocha.Come back to Springfield MO, Caribou!

Coffee is good, but is just coffee. Over priced. Cashier not friendly and not fast. Toasted bagel was not toasted. Warmed just enough to take the chill of the refrigerator, which they were stored in, off.

Drove across town specifically to visit this location as my boyfriend raves about it. Was very disappointed. Only employee was new and by herself and very slow. Waited 15 minutes just to order. Main reason for the visit was to pick up a gift card......only to find out she didnt know how to load one. Ordered an iced carmel macchiato which had no ice and wasnt cold. Also had a hot macchiato that had no flavor. Probably wont be back.

Guy at counter was super unenthusiastic about selling me coffee, which made ordering difficult as I had never ordered coffee there before...and then he ran out of simple syrup and made a long excuse about why he didnt/couldnt make more. Granted I am traveling but definitely would not order from here again.

Totally surprised to have seen a Caribou Coffee sign on the highway. I scared my wife how fast I exited onto the ramp. Once she tried the coffee, she loved it! Looking forward to stopping by again!

Caribou is my favorite coffee joint and I was so excited to find out there was a location in Joplin when we had to move. However, I am severely disappointed with this Caribou. The gal I had yesterday was very slow and unprofessional. She was the second lady Ive had who didnt seem to know the menu well, and I have given up on getting my favorite Crafted Press made correctly.

I had been going here since they first opened up. However,The last 2 times I purchased a mocha frapichino from them I was violently sick to my stomach. I ended up throwing up 3 times. I will not be going back!
