Nice coffee shop with allot of potential. Service was superb the moment I walking in the door. Ordered the coffee shake was prepared well and was delicious. Would of liked a larger size but it was delicious nonetheless.

This is the best coffee shop in Joplin by far. Nice laid back feel, and they produce the best results for your caffeine hankering. Drink in or outside, or just get it to go! You cant go wrong with this place I love that its a one of a kind and not some big franchise, you know what Im talking about.

The reason I gave this place two stars is because the decor is amazing and it has a nice welcoming atmosphere. The service was great. Although, the coffee was terrible and since it is a coffee shop that was pretty important to me. I paid $6 for a coffee that wasn’t roasted properly. If you like a strong coffee flavor in every drink than this place might be for you but I left after only being able to put down half of the drink I got (which is a drink I love and get every where else). My friend who is a barista took one sip of her coffee and couldn’t drink anymore.

If Im in the mood for a latte, Zinc is my go-to...even if out of my way. They use pH Alchemy syrups! Technique is always spot on. Highly recommend.

Excellent coffee shop in the heart of Joplin. I was in town for business and sought out a local specialty coffee shop with good reviews. Zinc did not disappoint! They are located in an old gas and service station. The interior is very attractive, with lots of natural light through old plate glass windows and a healthy number of indoor plants. The quality of their drinks is top notch.As a special bonus, I was impressed by their creative drive thru. They dont appear to have a service window, but they do have a dedicated drive thru area and menu, where they will take and deliver your order at your car window.

Love the interior here. Very cozy and a place I would stay couple hours. Got two breves for $11.35 and were good.Zinc is built in an old gas station like Fort Smith coffee company in Fort Smith Arkansas. The coffee here is from Onyx which Im NOT a fan. Onyx coffee sells their image as high end which they are not. People buy it and believe it.

Awesome, locally owned coffee shop! Always greeted with a smile when I walk in and the staff are always helpful. Shop local! Also, on a nice day check out the picnick tables to the right of the store!

Stop what you are doing and go to Zinc. This is hands down the best coffee shop in Joplin. If you are looking for a coffee shop thats good and not like Starbucks then you want to come here. I love this place.

Nice open space with delicious coffee and lots of room to study, chill or hangout. Plenty of coffee varieties and tea. Staff is friendly! Their smoothies are yummy too. Not a lot of food options besides pasteries. Well worth your time to check out.

Drive through is awesome but felt bad for the worker as it is just an awning no window and it was raining but staff was friendly and timely and didnt let the rain stop their good service

One of the best coffee shops in Joplin. They use Cirque coffee beans (of Tulsa) currently which youll always find they have a different flavor profile bean than other local roasters. Definitely a must stop even if youre just passing through.

I thought this place was really cool. The name is really clever and has a great vibe. Love the unique building, the plants everywhere, and their selection of fun seating.Im a big fan of Onyx coffee (which they serve here) and the syrups, etc... That I would normally find in Southwest Arkansas. They had an intriguing menu and I kinda wish I lived closer so I could go try more of their offerings.Definitely recommend a visit.

If Im going to have black coffee, its from here. A couple of the other shops are great for mixed coffees but I personally dont like their base brew by itself.Zinc, however, excels at both...I only wish they had whipped topping for when I do grab a mocha!

Zinc is always the best. I make a stop at the drive-thru every time Im in town for a grocery pickup.The Americanos are great, the different teas are fantastic (Ive tried 4 so far and havent found one I dont like) and theyre so patient with me when I order drinks 4 at a time. Im so glad such a great coffee shop exists and that theyve been able to avoid the COVID.

Really great espresso. The cold brew was smooth and not bitter at all. I had their pumpkin spice latte and it was one of the best I have had. It was not too sweet but had great flavor. We also got a matcha-mojito, it was so refreshing. Overall this was a great place to stop not far off from the highway.

This is a unique little spot in Joplin. The name is adorable and the website explains its very considerate namesake that relates to this little city. It has modern and minimalist decor, and a simple menu. The lattes are delightful, whatever method they use to make their coffee gives it the smoothest texture than any other coffee shop in town. It is a little more expensive, but the flavor makes up for it entirely. This is the perfect spot to visit, do homework, or just relax. The owners have created a new local spot that Joplin should treasure.

Stopped in as we were traveling through Joplin. Excellent coffee - rich, no bitterness. I think I had the best muffin I have ever eaten. Cinnamon with cream cheese feeling. Ooooohhhhhh...so good. Bought some simple syrup and tasted another. Wonderful people there. Very interest, knowledgable, and friendly!

This is the best coffee shop in Joplin. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. The One and One is my go to at this place. Their only short coming is the parking lot is small, but you can park on the side street so its a minor issue. They still get fives stars from me!

I first discovered Zinc while staying in Joplin for a friends wedding. Zinc got me through the wedding prep! Absolutely solid coffee shop.Zinc is located in an old car repair shop and has a clean, modern look that doesnt feel pretentious. There isnt much parking available out front, but there might be parking in the back as Ive never had a problem finding a place to park and the shop is fairly busy. The ordering process can be a bit confusing if you walk in the door by the outside seating as there are two counters; one where you order and one where you pick up your drink.The coffee is delicious! Lavender is of course the hot new drink to offer, but the Lavender Latte here really is top notch, probably the best one Ive ever had. Its not too sweet and you can still taste the herbiness of the lavender. The espresso is smooth and tasty.Customer service is great. The baristas are friendly and ready to strike up a conversation should you choose to start one. Really a five star experience overall.

This is a truly unique Place found right on Main Street and 19th it was very clean and comfortable with a Shabby Chic interior it is my second favorite coffee shop in Joplin I suggest everybody go down and give it a try its right there next to Normas

Had high hopes for this coffee shop, I love coffee and like supporting local business. That being said, I probably wont be going back. On my first visit, as I was ordering, the lady taking my order kept telling me how to order my coffee. I knew what I wanted and she kept insisting that she knew coffee better than I. I finally just told her to make it however and Ill fix it afterwards. If you want to be waited on by coffee snobs, go here.

I honestly like this place for the most part - but had a strangely unpleasant experience with one of the female staff members who was a little rude. She made the drink to go when we had told them we were staying - then had an unpleasant vibe upon returning the re-made drink. Normally stuff like this doesnt bother me, but Ive worked customer service for a long time, and unpleasant interactions like that stick out in a place this small and local.

Very impressive espresso with perfect microfoam. The food was fresh and delicious. Their seasonal drinks were interesting (we had the biscoff) and an iced apple cider. The atmosphere was cozy with lots of seating and friendly baristas.

A brand new coffee house in a former service station, this place is fairly unique among cafes. Coffee quality was very good, service very friendly, with a Rewards system. Theres several pastry choices, lots of seating options, and an outdoor patio under the former service canopy. My knocks on this place is the lack of parking, the confusing drive thru side door, and the difficult to find service counter. I think the intent was for folks to enter through the overhead garage doors, which apparently open during good weather. If you find a spot to park on the side street, youll enjoy this place.

Great coffee and great staff. They were very nice and even explained a few of the menu items I had never heard of before.Bright white meets industrial feel as soon as you walk in the doors. Everything about the company was great.Patrons: I dont fault the business for their customers, but the only time I visited I felt out of place as the only person that wasnt a hipster homeschool kid that went to OCC. I may need a new pair of jeans with rolled up cuffs, plaid shirt buttoned to the top, and a fedora when I come back. But, I will definitely be back.

Cortada tasted good but there was very little room left to sit. Too many people sitting with laptops, I definitely prefer a place with a bit of ambience and seating. Not enough parking for all the laptop customers and me with my companion, who just stopped in to try it out. Ill most likely stick with Joplin Greenhouse Coffee Shop as there is a great menu with goodies, Topo Chico and room to sit and visit with family and friends. Love the shop, the modern minimalist style makes for a very relaxing experience, and with a combination of onyx coffee and kind baristas, Zinc is the perfect place for a relaxing stop, or to get some work done.

Great coffee. Great staff. Great feel of the coffee shop. I just tried it for the first time. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The door was held for us as we left. I spilt my coffee in the parking lot right after my first sip. Another staff member brought me another one after she saw what had happened. I am very picky on my coffee and this place did not disappoint. I am all about locally owned coffee shops with that coffee shop feel. Its what I always look for everywhere I travel no matter how far. I would definitely reccoment this place. Thank you for the new coffee. Money well spent here. I will be back for sure!

The shop and parking for the shop is a bit confusing, as well as the drive thru. The drive thru is essentially just a side door on the building, which isnt a big deal once you are familiar with the shop, but if it is your first time just be aware. There is not very much parking for the coffee shop, so you may have to look for a bit/park on the street. The coffee and espresso is good, although when I tried their traditional cappuccino it was basically a small latte without any foam. So slightly disappointing in that aspect.The ambience just wasnt quite there for me, very white, very modern. I would like to see some more art possibly, and/or plants at least for my taste. Maybe some more signs directing you where to order as well.Definitely give the shop a try if you are in the area though.
