The website says No Ethanol yet the pumps say 10% and the employee stated up to 15% evening Premium. Waste of time.

I was getting my hair cut a few months back and a guy walks in eating a sandwich. I asked him what type of sandwich he is eating. His reply was, yo man, its a fish sandwich! I got it from this gas station on 32nd street by Rangeline. Its STR8 FIRE! That conversation always stuck in the back of my mind, so one day I decided to try stop in. I needed gas, so I figure I would fill up and grab some lunch. Gas prices were reasonable, my vehicle did not have any issues after filling up as it is sensitive if the gasoline put in, has too much Ethanol. As I went into the convenience store, I noticed the food/hot case and went over to see what was available. Almost immediately I was greeted and asked, How you doing boss? I told the man I heard about the food here and wanted to try out some of the chicken tenders. I ordered the 3 piece and took it to go. I noticed in the case there was breaded catfish, Philly cheese steak sandwiches, burritos, corn dogs, and more! I got home and tried the tenders and was amazed! They were crisp and juicy. I even gave my wife part of one, and she was also impressed. I believe the Phillips 66 and Food Mart are the same if you are looking for it on google maps. I will definitely go back and try some of the other items. Oh another bonus was they had a clean bill of health from a Joplin food inspection for the month of October 2018!*review update 12/27/18*I went in to get some chicken drumsticks for a friend and the owner was not in a good mood. I had some issues getting my card to work in the chip reader and he seemed annoyed. Hope it was just a bad day and really enjoyed the customer service when I visited the first time. These guys have made the absolute best Frito Chili Pie that I have ever eaten. In addition to a great portion of meat, chips, and cheese, they also used fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sour cream with a little hint of jalapeno. This is the best six buck meal you can buy in Joplin. I will post a picture of the chili pie for you to look at.

I love this place. The food is great and the persons working there are always friendly and courteous. Always a smile. Nice to see these smiles when I come in .As a hospice RN his is a nice break in my day when able to drop in for lunch!

Joplin Food Mart is by far the best place I’ve worked. Everyone is very friendly, the employees are family oriented, we have plenty of regulars that are always such a joy to see. Not to mention the food is AMAZING!!!! I’m so glad I got to experience this!
