I had my daughters ears pierced2 years old on a Sunday. I bought a pair of earrings and the piercing, all for $ 103. The following Thursday my baby wakes up with a missing earring. I never found her in her bed, despite looking for her. So I called the store to explain to them and they told me that there was nothing they could do because I dont have the earring in my possession (I sure dont have it, the butterfly was improperly installed and fell!)She offered me 30% off a new piece of jewelry and when I told her that was not enough since I had just had my daughter pierced, the manager became arrogant and super silly and me said to call his boss. I asked her to give me her number and she told me to go look on google. And she hung up the line.I will NEVER do business with them again. Service after belly totally mediocre and super rude employee.

I was apprehensive about piercing my 4 month old daughters ears, but everything went very well. Very satisfied with the service received. The saleswoman was very gentle and calm, which reassured us. I highly recommend this store if you want quality service. Anesthetic cream is available there. My little daughter did not shed a tear, neither during nor after the piercing.
