I can’t say enough good things about Four States foot clinic. Their staff was so friendly and whoever does their billing was SO kind and great at explaining charges when I had questions.AND the doctors.., I’ve never had doctors so good at listening & quickly find a solution to my chronic foot pain!!!

Four States Foot Clinic is the place to go for all your foot problems. Ive had a foot injury and ingrown nails taken care of, and I was very pleased with the care I received. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable about insurance and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this office.

Doctor Studyvin is a good guy; the staff is unconscionably rude.I caught them over-charging me (telling me my out-of-pocket was twenty percent of the surgery I needed when its actually $200, trying to charge my insurance $600 and me $173 for a brace I bought on Amazon for $45). I was hot, Ill admit. But I didnt yell, and I didnt use any foul language. I firmly told the oldest, rudest woman in the office I didnt want her to talk to me anymore. A week later I got a letter telling me I was let go as patient because of inappropriate behavior. it didnt specify whether the inappropriate behavior was catching them trying to steal from me, or treating the office staff in the same manner they treated me.No matter. There are a lot of foot docs out there, and it will be a pleasure to not have to put up with the office ogres any longer.

Great service, excellent care. Doctor was kind and caring and listened to me. My foot pain is improving a lot since I started him. I Highly recommend this practice.

After arriving I approached the window and the reception said Ill be right with you and proceeded to file numerous paperwork while I stood waiting.When I gave my name she stated rudely my appointment was MUCH earlier and they were way too busy to take me. My appt was 10 minutes earlier 5 in which I was waiting for her.I informed her I will be going elsewhere. After reading all the other negative reviews glad I did.

I had a wonderful experience here. I’ve been twice so far. Dr Richins is patient and really listens. The people in his office are very friendly and I would recommend this business to my friends. I’m actually going to send my husband here soon to get his ankle looked at. If you’re looking for a podiatrist - come here! Very friendly and thorough

Dr Studyvin is not only knowledgeable but cares about his patients. It is a rare thing to have a doctor listen to you and he does!

We have always had wonderful care with Dr. Richins. Four out of six of my family members have been treated there with great results. His staff are helpful and always very pleasant.

And people wonder why our health care system is so expensive!!! Took my son to Four States Foot Clinic for a FOLLOW UP visit after having his toe nail removed. Doc came in, looked at it, says it looks good, put a bandage on and said it will be fine. Upon checking out they tell me... That will be $110.00. Are you kidding? Yep, $110 for the dr. to say it looks good. Seriously less than 5 minutes of his time. Please, do not go to Four States Foot Clinic. In what world is a follow up visit after a medical procedure $110?????? I have been to plenty of doctors, hospitals, etc. and have never been screwed like this.

I went in with severe heel pain saw Dr for maybe 2 minutes they made me buy these boots to stretch out my calf muscle for almost 100 dollars which I later find out u can buy at wal mart for like 20 bucks they then wrapped my foot and said come back in a week. I did and told them the pain was worse with the wrap which he said good now I know that you need specialized inserts for shoes at a cost of 400 dollars. U asked about steroid shot which I have had in past which worked wonders. He said no he doesnt do that. So I left with no relief. Would not recommend at all

Is it possible to give 0 stars? Worst experience of my life. The Doctor does not care at and the lady (to put it nicely) which I am assuming is the office manager is a rude witch! I wouldnt reccomend anyone to this place ever!

I was having horrible foot pain. I could hardly walk on it. I called Dr. Richins office, they got me in very quick. They were all excellent. The staff are sweet, funny and very helpful. They explain everything in detail of your options with how to treat you and what you need and costs. Dr. Richins is easy to ask questions and cares about whats going on. I have to say I was nervous about going because of some of the reviews on here. I dont like going and sitting in a doctors office for an hour to be seen. I love the fact that they are quick to get you in and out, BUT are also caring to your needs. They fixed me up great in 3 visits!! Great place. And I totally recommend Dr. Richins and his staff.

Four state foot clinic has been a blessing to me. I was on the waiting list to see a foot specialist thru Mercy. It was almost 4 months before they might be able to get me appointment thru Mercy. I found Four State foot clinic and they got me in within 3 days of me calling! Dr got right down to business, took X-rays and figured out the solution to the problem! They whole staff is very friendly, quick and informative! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the four state area looking for a good foot specialist!

Dr Richins is good, but his staff may be even better. I can not say enough good things about them. They are very helpful and got me in to see the doctor in a few days. Dr Richins was great. Another doctor wanted to do surgery but Dr Richins solved my problem without surgery.

I would not recommend this place. First of all, they sold me 80$ inserts that I could have purchased for 40$ at the Pittsburg clinic. They were very rushed and snotty when I asked questions, which is a red flag. Go to Wilde Foot Clinic in Pittsburg. He is very professional and kind.

Have been seen by numerous orthopedic surgeons but thought I would try a podiatrist for my foot care. Have had a sore in between my toes that wont go away and a callis due to bone pertruding. This dr. only wanted me to buy a product from him and i had to ask him if i could get something for the sore. He said oh okay. Stated he was a day behind on his paperwork and would be the next day. Nothing was called in two days later so i called the office. They called me back a few hours later to ask me what the prescription was for. He forgot. I, of course, told them about the sore. Then i asked them if he had to ask, how does he know what to prescribe. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. HE ISNT TRYING TO HELP YOU ONLY SELL YOU SOMETHING. HE IS TERRIBLE

Worst doctor ever spent less than 5 minutes in the office, told me my deductible was not met, which i called the insurance and it was met, just a very rude and unprofessional practice save your money and time. When you go to a doctor you should not feel worse when you leave, he did not let me ask him one question, he just rushed out the door

First of all the staff NOT Dr. Richins are all wonderful people! but go to Advanced Orthotics!! This place over charges you a lot!! He will try and squeeze every last penny out of you!! Especially if you have insurance he turned what should have been one appointment into 4! He sees you for a max of 2-3 mins and after insurance pays we pay $35 which adds up. Then we bought a pair of otc orthotics which we paid $75 for and when we got home we found the exact same ones for $24 at a lot of places. My husband also needs custom orthotics and his quote with appointment was going to be $510 well I found Advanced Orthotics and their cost with appointment is $324! Thats almost a $200 difference for the exact same thing!

This place over charges and after my initial visit four months ago my problem still hasn’t been taken care of I paid $700 for x-rays and $600 for orthotics and I’m still not better!!
