While this was your typical Zales experience, the woman working the day we went was exceptionally pushy and borederline rude. We asked for a cleaning on a ring, and she incessantly kept hounding for further information to do further things we didnt have time for. The young gentlemen however, he was an absolute delight to speak with, actually, he made this 4 stars, easily could of been 2.
Pretty much trash can value!! Not even impressed with the employees either… rude, snotty an pretty much smelled like trash!! Can’t stand their employees!! Especially the girl who’s feels untitled to steal and lie about it!!
I’ve always received topnotch service from the Joplin Zales. Jackson is my absolute favorite person to deal with - he makes the entire process from start to finish feel like I’ve been talking to a friend.

It has been quite a few years ago that my husband purchased my wedding setIt is still in top notch shape .I wanted to find out if Zales buys or do they only sell.It is Platinum With a large diamond with smaller diamonds.
Do not waste your time. Joplin Zales has been the worst experience. They are fudging their way around giving us a refund. Management and staff is awful. Horrible people skills. Great and getting you to buy something. Horrible at getting something fixed. Do not go. I bought this ring in December. It fell apart. Diamonds fell out and the head was like butter. I got a refund and bought a new ring in July of 2020. It came in, and we didnt like it. I asked for a refund. They said we couldnt because it was based off our initial ring purchase in December. Do not go. Do not trust a word they say.

Kathy and Alex did a great job assisting us in finding a great certified anniversary ring when the first one we bought didnt work for me. The rose gold Loves Destiny ring with the split shank and diamonds halfway down the band is gorgeous. Give this store a visit, you wont be sorry - they did everything right!

Great, helpful and knowledgeable staff. No pressure. Talked about the occasion I was buying for, preferences of the recipient. Made nice suggestions and showed me many options, not just the really high end. Talked to me like a person not down to me like I had no concept of where I was.
Unprofessional and they say you’ll get your item at a certain date and then when the day comes you should receive it. They change what they say. He said that he couldn’t give a time frame. And basically it gets there when it gets there. It shouldn’t take six weeks to get my ring back let alone ten weeks. They didn’t compensate at all. I will not be buying any of the other products I had planned to from them. Very disappointed. On top of that the manager is rude and talks down to you. He wanted me to buy a product to clean a piece of jewelry I bought from them. Even though I hadn’t worn it yet and was saving it from my wedding it was already tarnished and basically gave me a lesson on jewelry and said I should know what it was going to be like.
My daughter received a ring from her boyfriend for Valentines Day. Two tiny diamonds fell from her ring soon after she received it. My daughter and I were at the mall yesterday and thought to stop by Zales to see about having her ring repaired. A very helpful employee offered and sold me a protection plan that covered the repair then and for a lifetime.
We will never come to Zales store again, we have spent a lot of money to upgrade rings every 2 yrs, member since 2015. Dont use their Comenity Zales credit card promotional interest. they will charge you arms and legs, their credit card company intended to miss send out paper statements, and made you pay the accumulated interests 28.99%. because its expired, due to lost mails of covid19.

Tried shopping at Zales twice recently. First time was to buy my husband a new watch. The lady behind the counter had no interest in showing us things, basically turned her nose up at us. So across to Helzberg we went and made our purchase. 2nd time we were looking for a new ring for me. THREE salespeople walked right by us and said nothing to us. I even said we would like to look at something. Fine. Helzberg for the win again! Will never try and shop Zales again!

I have spent thousands of dollars with Zales. My wife took her wedding ring in to have it cleaned and warranty work done, the staff was discourteous beyond belief. Manager and staff alike. Judging from the ratings here on this store and the horrid experience, you should probably go elsewhere

I am VERY mad. We ordered my wife’s rose gold wedding band here and not only did it come back SILVER.... but after waiting the 2nd twelve weeks for them to custom make a new rose gold one, when we sent it to be sized and soldered to the engagement ring, it came back today the wrong size!! One ring was a 3 and one was a 3.5!! Who in their right mind solders two DIFFERENT SIZED rings TOGETHER!?!? We were already too late to have the ring for one event, but now we’re not going to have it for another family event this weekend as well. NEVER using zales again. Would’ve given 0 stars if I could
They give you 60 minutes to cancel an order. They hold your money for weeks to process the cancellation and blame it on another department. They worst customer service, you have to wait 20 minutes to talk to a human. Go anywhere but here!
Hubby bought me a new wedding ring in celebration of our 35 years together. The salelady was a big help! She was very kind and spent as much time with us as I needed. Also very helpful explaing the warranty, ect. Over all a great experience which we always have at Zales. I m sorry others have not enjoyed their experience as well.

Very poor customer service. Originally bought a Ring and didn’t request it to be sized yet bc my bf had engagement plans but the lady put in a repair order without us wanting one yet so she said we couldn’t have our ring yet. So I agreed to get it sized and requested it to be a 6.25. Later look at my repair receipt and she had on it my request but to size to a 6.5 instead. Of course the Ring comes back and fits a little too big but whatever at least I had it back. Wore it for maybe an hour one day and the diamonds on the side were cutting my other fingers so we did a return on the Ring and later chose a different ring. So we buy this other ring and I tell the lady I once again want to wait to have it sized at a later time so we can finally get engaged and I didn’t want to wait three weeks to get my Ring back bc we wanted to be engaged before then. She promised me it till be back in two weeks so I agreed to send it off. Again tell them I need a 6.25. She straight tells me that she won’t let me get that size and that she’s putting it in for a 6. This Ring has a really wide band. I already know this is going to be too small. It’s been over two weeks and I’m still without a ring. My friend turned in her Ring for a repair 4 days after I did and they said her repair would be done on the 6th of December. She was able to get hers today so I asked if my Ring was in yet since mine said it would be back the 2nd. The lady treated me like I was stupid and said that “well your receipt clearly says December 2nd so that’s when you’ll get it”. I pointed out that my friend was picking her Ring up that wasn’t supposed to be ready to 4 days after mine and she didn’t pay for faster shipping or anything. Even when going in to buy my ring I knew what I wanted and showed Mandy the picture of exactly what I wanted and she wouldn’t show the Ring to me till I finally got up and walked away and found the Ring myself and asked to see it. This should be the happiest moments in a persons life getting to bring two families together and Zales has made this an absolute nightmare. I just really hope the Ring fits by some mirical when it finally arrives. If not I’m returning it and never coming back. You think when someone is spending that much money somewhere they would at least be shown some respect instead of treated like just a paycheck.

I went in to see if i could find different rings to go beside my cebter rings and they seemed they didnt want to listen to whelat i said because i told them i wanted diamonds only and ten the bring me blue sapphires and then the other person in there told me that they could just order whatever from the manufacturer instead of it comeing from the store witch tells me they didnt want to help me so i will never be going back there.
