Overhead Door Company is the way to go. They came out the same day and fixed our issue, using parts that were still good. I appreciated that. They were quick, reasonable and did a great job. I will use them again in the future, for sure.

Called early and although they couldnt get here until 4 he arrived on the time and they called me twice to let me know he was running late which I appreciated. He explained he could fix the old one (which was at least 20yrs old) but he couldnt guarantee how long it would last. I appreciated his honesty and just had him replace it. The door cable had come off the roller drum leaving the door half-way open. Fortunately, one car was out; but the other was locked in. I called Overhead Door and they were able to dispatch a tech that day, who resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

We made a call on a weekend, thinking we would be leaving a message, but actually talked with a real person, who set us up with an appointment on Monday. The technician was very knowledgable and polite. The repairs were made quickly for a fair price.

I had a great experience when I needed a repair on my current door. The door was buckling and was able to be repaired at the time. The repairman was friendly, efficient, and the price was reasonable. Since then... the garage door has continued to deteriorate and the main support is failing so I called and ordered a new door. The salesman was excellent and I placed the order on Oct. 23. I was told it would probably be in the week of Nov. 9-13. I called on Nov.12 and was told it looked like my garage door is scheduled to be in on Nov.19. I hadn’t heard from them so I called to check the progress on Nov.24. No one could answer my question. I have since then called on Nov. 28, Nov. 30, and now today, Dec.1. I have left two messages on answering machines and have spoken with three different operators in the five times I’ve called. I still haven’t received an answer to when my door will be in and installed.
