This company was recommended to us by our realtor. We have 5 windows that need to be replaced on the front of our house. When I called initially, the guy on the phone wasn’t very friendly. But they scheduled us an appointment to come out and measure and they guy showed up right on time and was really nice. However, he said they would get back to us that day and they didn’t. I called the next day to ask about the quote and the guy on the phone was short with me and said he’d been working on quotes all day and would call me when mine was ready. Which was fine. I understand that places get busy. But it has now been over a week later and we have heard NOTHING. If this is what they are like when it comes to actually getting us a quote, I can only imagine what it could be like if we actually scheduled the job with them. We will be giving our business to someone else who is actually reliable.

We had a cracked window and contacted several places but most didn’t respond, some wouldn’t replace less than three windows and another promised to get it all taken care of only to change every aspect of the window the next day. These guys were recommended by another company and they not only came in at half the price but were able to get the window replaced 6 weeks faster than the other company promised. Even with an unusual window location they came out and replaced the window quickly and it looks great.

Our vanity mirror was broken during a remodel and the guys were able to get us in and get it back to us good as new by the next day! Super friendly staff and super impressed with their work. The mirror looks brand new!

Sounded over the phone that they didn’t want to be apart of their job and wanted to hang up the phone before I could talk to him more extensively about my window replacement. Said he only does residential even though I live a few blocks away. I suggest staying away.

Still waiting! They came out months ago after I took a day off, he couldnt do the job. He said he needed to leave and ask his boss and I havent seen him since. My husband called and they said they were still looking for parts. Summer is upon us and the electric bill is going up

I called to have them remove a damaged storefront a give me a price to repair and replace as needed. Said they would take care of it but never showed up or returned my calls. Left the trades waiting so they wasted everyones time.

Do not waste your time with this company, did not show up for a job that was placed two weeks in advance, did not honor their bid! I contacted C R Glass in Joplin and they jumped right on the job. This company was hired to fix windows from the tornado this year and help get the business up and running and never followed thru.Dont waste your time with them!

I hired them to come and install a shower panel & door. I told them I wanted the frame to match the bullnose around the edge of the tile. After a week past the initial installation date they finally installed it. When I returned to the job they had installed something that looked nothing like the color of the bullnose. The owner came back out and agreed and stated he wasnt sure what color the bullnose is but that it didnt match. He then tells me he will discount $250 off the total to make up for it. I paid everything but $220. I then get a copy of a letter he mailed to the homeowners saying he was putting a lien on their house because I didnt pay the remaining $220 due. I call him to have him tell me he wasnt going to discount it like he initially said. So I go to the office to pay the remaining $220 and as Im waiting on his secratary to give me change and a receipt he walks out of the back and says wheres my money! loud and rude. I told him it was with the secratary and he wants to argue about the situation. I wont use him for any other remodel jobs I have.
