This company tried to make me come in just to get a quote on a driveway I work Monday through Friday 8 to 5 and I need to get this done quote as soon as possible but they require Require you to come in for some weird reason

Totally unprofessional. They miss appointments that they scheduled, but claimed they didnt. We asked to see the person doing the quote when they had it ready, first they said yes, but than refused saying they only do quotes by e-mails. Obviously they are not willing to work with customers. We are new to the area and are so glad that we discovered how they run their business before we paid to have them do our garage. Please be careful if you use this company. I am not sure they even deserve a one star rating.

Even though Home Pro wasn’t doing to actual work on our home, Fred was awesome and getting us the best siding price in town. He went above and beyond by sending text updates and shipping delays due to COVID-19. His prompt response and thorough communication was outstanding. I’d recommend Fred to anyone! Home Pro did an extensive remodeling of our bathroom, and we couldnt be more pleased with the overall quality of the work they performed. The project included moving and enlarging the shower, removing an old, tiled bathtub and installing a new tub in a different spot, replacing the bathroom vanity countertop, and putting in a new, tiled floor. We had a brand-new bathroom in the end. The workers were true professionals.

After approaching several area contractors with disappointing results about redoing our rear deck and terracing our back yard, we gave Home Pro a call. They met with us within two days, had a solid quote by the end of the week, and started the project when they said they would. We found the workmen professional, friendly, always helpful, and their work first class. They made a couple of suggestions as the project progressed that actually improved it. Aside from rain delays and a bit of a setback from the virus advisories, work was completed when they said it would be and exactly as quoted. We have been exceptionally pleased with the result!

They were able to make the improvements to the landscape that has kept the water away from our home. Also removed the old deck and installed a new patio, that we love. Unfortunately I can not recommend Home Pro based upon their lack of customer concern, inability to communicate, and failure to follow through on their commitments.Our initial conversations and planning appointments went fairly well and as scheduled. That type of experience stopped as soon as they received our second installment payment. Delays with no notification or project updates, excuses for changes in charges, and waiting months for the project to be completed after final payment was made led to confusion and frustration. Additionally, our pool had several cosmetic defects and our pool plumbing had a leak only a few months after install - Home Pro has failed to send anyone out to investigate.Since our relationship with Home Pro, we’ve encountered multiple other professionals who have heard similar experiences with this organization.

We had a very good experience with all of the people at Home Pro. They were prompt and professional in getting us the initial quote and they were able to start the work within a couple of weeks. There were challenges with the weather, but the work was completed in short order. As with any project of this size, issues arose from time to time, but they were always taken care of immediately. The work crew were always pleasant and polite. We would be glad to work with Home Pro on future projects.

Poor quality of Sun room windows, worthless screens, they told me I must have metal eating bugs. Poor communication and very poor quality of screens that kept tearing as they tried to replace them. I’m sorry but they are not Home Pros at all

Home Pro installed a new patio sliding door and new windows on our lower level. From start to finish this was a first rate job. The crew had the whole job done in about half a day. We have now completely redone all the windows in our home and Home Pro has done them all. The products have significantly improved the ease of heating and cooling our home. There are cheaper windows out there, but not of this quality. Theres no place like home and theres no place like Home Pro.

The guy who did our windows was a very hard worker. He was very pleasant and nice to our kids. The job took a little longer than I was expecting but we had to have our new windows reframed. The worker cleaned up outside daily after himself. We love our new windows!

My Wife and I purchased sliding windows for our ranch style home 4 yrs ago. Recently I noticed that the locks were loose on one of our windows and attempted to tighten them with no success. After further evaluation I saw that where the locks screw in was stripped. I called Home Pro and Fred came to the house to investigate the issue. Fred explained that there was not easy fix to this issue and ordered a brand new window sash for us at NO COST. Fred even provided me with a special lock tight that i could use in the future if i noticed loose locks again.Thanks!

I chose homepro to replace the doors and windows at our house primarily because of their reputation, and because of the good feeling I got from the initial consultation. It was a really nice bonus that they were also the cheapest of the three bids we received.The work was completed on time and at the agreed-upon price.The crew that worked at my house was professional and thorough.Im a satisfied customer and will be using homepro again for my next project.

Incredibly disappointed in Home Pro, my new pool and the whole experience in dealing with them. Im a reasonable person and understand that things dont always go as planned and thats fine as long as you fix the problems. I come a very customer service oriented background and in my business I know how important surveys and reviews are. I have given them many opportunities to correct the issues I had with the pool before I was going to write any reviews but have obviously decided not to do that. My pool looks great even though it was not built exactly as planned but the biggest problem is I do not trust the quality of the work. In the planning of the pool they had designed a water fall with a slide coming out of it at the end of the pool. Due to the additional cost the plan was to build the pool and add the water feature next year. The plans were supposed to be designed to accommodate that. One side of my pool has a retaining wall,it was supposed to be 7 ft tall, it ended up being 10 1/2. The wall would not be an issue except I was quoted and agreed to pay for 160 ton of rock. Because the wall ended up needing to be so much taller I ended up having to pay for 290.66 tons as well as $1000 in dirt that was not included in the approved quote. During the building process I expressed concerns about the wall and It certainly didnt look like there was enough room at the end to add the water feature, they had not gone out far enough to accommodate that. I kept being assured everything was fine. They got the wall done, pool set and ready to pour the concrete. They had me come look at it before the concrete was poured and I once again expressed concern that there was not enough room to add the water feature. The builder said there was defiantly not enough room for that, it could still be built but I would not be able to walk behind it. I told him that was not how it was supposed to be designed but if It could still be done just no room to walk behind it that wouldnt be the worst thing. He indicated that since the wall had ended up being so much taller then they planned it to be they had lost a lot of money on the wall. I assumed that is why they they did not go out further with it to make the appropriate room at the end of the pool. He said he was going to run the water line for the slide and then poor the concrete. I left and he called about 10 min later and told me that it was not possible to do the water feature because of the location of the skimmer; it was never even a possibility. Needless to say I was very upset. He told me if I wanted a slide at all they would have to pour more concrete out to the west side of the end of pool. I told him since I had no other options to do so and since I couldnt have my waterfall/water-slide I would just go ahead and get a regular slide now. Pool was finished. It leaked, a lot, took a very long time to find the leak, all of the plumbing was hacked into and re routed many times, they didnt want to pull up the concrete to fix the leak properly so they tunneled under the pool instead. There are huge voids under the concrete, nothing to support it, they could not get all of the rock back up under the concrete once they tunneled it out. The plumbing I do not trust!!! You cant get all the jets to work and have the slide work too. You have to adjust the valves for a very long time to try and get things to work. If you need to vacuum you have to adjust the valves to get enough suction at the skimmer, to get the slide on or to get the jets working evenly. Its very frustrating. It was not like that before they started working on the leak. Other than it leaking everything worked fine. They refuse to pull the concrete and fix the plumbing and the fact that nothing is supporting the concrete. I was told they would give me an extended warranty on the concrete. I have asked for it twice now but never got it. Didnt get my winterization kit. Closing the pool was included in the price but couldnt get a call back about that, had to get it close by someone else.

We had a new front door installed by Home Pro. The workers were punctual (much appreciated so I didn’t have to take too much time off work) and professional. Would use them again.

I worked with Home Pro on a retaining wall project at my home that involved disassembling a loose stacked limestone wall, excavating, and reassembling the wall after moving it 20 feet back. The work was completed quickly, the price was fair. Only complaint was that the quality of the restacking of the limestone wasnt as nice as what they took down.
