Blue Water has installed my new cover and taken care of closing my pool for the last three years. Recently Suzanne helped me rebuild my 20+ yr old multi-port valve. Its working good as new now. I have taken water samples to them over the years and received solid advice. They are always very helpful and full of great advice. I bought a pool vacuum and it was defective.... I took it back and the told me I have to deal with the manufacturer myself.... I have been a loyal customer for 3 or 4 years and I cant believe they would risk loosing a customer of a couple hundred dollars... up to this point I was extremely happy with them... I bought the vacuum from them ... They bought it from the manufacturer..... The are the representative of the manufacturer.... Sorry Blue water sometimes the truth hurts...

My hubby & I went to this business when we wanted to have an above ground pool installed on our property. Our questions were answered were not addressed. More importantly, the employees never asked for our contact information and never returned our calls. We selected a different company.

Unbelievable. .this place recommended a pool liner installer jessewho ended up sending Brad Hemphill who after 2.5 months came to install it and over charged us 100 dollars which we found this out later from jesse. I called jesse because Brad wouldnt return phone calls to come cut in liner .I by the way had to call numerous times and even had to call blue water twice to get Jesse to call back. Jesse after 2 weeks sent someone to finish cutting in liner then charged us another 50 dollars! Got in it today and liner has huge divits all around pool and in middle of it. I called blue water, because no answer from anyone else and was told they dont employ them and after 8yrs being a loyal customer they dont care if we want to continue to shop there. Jesse did call back and informed me not his problem that we paid Brad and we have all bUT harassed him...seriously! !! Unbelievable rip off and they are all connected!!!

Avoid this company. Terrible support after you make a purchase. They will not return phone calls and will not show up for scheduled service appointments.

We bought a pool in 2017 from Blue Water Pools and paid their contractors who are associated with their business to install the pool. The pool installation started at least a week or two behind schedule, and then it took 2 weeks to install a 27 above ground pool. The installer worked at all hours of the day and night, sometimes staying at our home until 1-2 am. After numerous issues, Joe with Blue Water Pools came out to finish the installation after sharing his thought that the contractor he hired was probably on drugs (giving reason for his erratic behavior and desire to work crazy hours).Issues included:1) Leaving pool liner in sun on front lawn and killing grass (they did offer to re-seed)2) Beginning the filling process just to have to empty the pool due to it not being level and liner coming loose3) Once numerous divets came in our sand under the pool, they refused to fix the pool floor blaming it on moles (even though we treated for moles immediately and had a pool installed there before with no mole/divet issues)4) Pool not being level just one year later5) Using the penny trick on the liner for the original installation6) Leaving trash, energy drink cans, etc. on our property7) Not cashing the check for 6 months after they were paid (paid in July 2017; cashed in January 2018)8) Please note: Blue Water Pools sell above ground pools, but they DO NOT service them. They will openly tell you this. Do not expect follow up service if you buy your pool here.These are not all the issues, but these should be enough to convince you to buy a pool somewhere else. I urge you: do NOT purchase a pool and pay Blue Water to install it.

I bought some pipe adapters in a pinch. Prices were high but the convenience was worth it.

They took forever to install my pool. It was torn down and rebuilt multiple times and it never seemed like a big deal to anyone. They are not professionals. I would have an attorney on retainer if you do any business with them.
