That salesman Nick was probably the greatest and most helpful salesman I’ve ever encountered. The way he addressed me and my needs was unmatched. His customer service is that of royalty. After an extremely disappointing experience with Bradford Marine in Springdale AR, a friend and I called Pitbull regarding the purchase of two Can Am Spyders (one for each of us). Carolyn said, “I would love the opportunity to earn your business!” Wow! What a difference! We drove there that Saturday and after a couple of hours, became the proud owners of two RT Ltds long before Bradford could bother to “get back with us.”We are truly fortunate Bradford was not interested in our purchases. We love everything about Pitbull Powersports, and their entire staff. I had my first service recently, and I can tell you the techs are AWESOME, too!I can not recommend them enough!

Bought a Seadoo here recently. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, and extremely helpful. We were given a great deal at a great price. Would definitely come back to buy from again!

Walked in the showroom and was met by a friendly salesman. He listed to what we wanted and helped us. Nick kept in touch the entire process.

Sales Department is good. But, would not recommend this dealer. Their service department is not very knowledgeable. I purchased two 2020 Cforce 500S units in April 2020. They both had the same issue. I talked to the service department multiple times and they just seemed like there knowledge on these units are very limited. I finally found the fix 7 months later via a Youtube video from a CFMOTO Dealer in south Mississippi. It is a CFMOTO authorized warranty repair. The video is from Aug 2020.What prompted me to do this review of this dealer is the fact that today is Nov 17th 2020 and I have heard nothing from them. So, either they still dont have a clue about this Factory authorized under warranty repair or they just dont care about the customer.

If you want the best treatment and someone who will make sure all your questions are answered then ask for Nick.
