Lakeland is awesome! If and when we have issues on site with one of our machines, they always have a technician there as soon as possible. The technicians themselves are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and either fix the issues quickly or keep you updated on what they need to get the job done.

My machine started making a strange noise. I called in and left a message. The next thing I know I have an email saying they received my message and that a ticket had been made for service. It was shortly followed by another saying the tech was on the way. What great communication and service I received. Bill Hartwig, the tech, found the problem and also where a part was available. He left to get it, came directly back and had my machine up and running quickly. He even did a check-up of the rest of the machine. He was pleasant to work with and also very knowledgeable about my 8 year old machine. I am certainly glad that Lakeland Office Systems has a great staff (Sharon is another greatemployee I have dealt with) and fantastic service.

Bill has serviced our copiers in our office on several occasions. I am always pleased with his pleasant customer service and how he always goes above and beyond to make sure our machines are well taken care of. Whenever he comes out for a service call, he shows me what was causing the error, tells me how to prevent it from occurring again, and then proceeds to clean and check everything else on the machine to ensure it is working as it should be.

I had a urgent need to print reports for my accountant coming the next day. When my touch screen would not respond on my Lexmark Photocopy, I called the 800 number after I had checked all the connections. The lady that answered seemed to really care about my problem and even tried to help me over the phone all to to avail. She dispatched a service man to come first thing next morning.Service man arrived promptly and had my photocopy/scan capacities capacities up and running in no time and a with a smile.AND he saw I had an unused FAX command, he offered to take it off my screen while on site. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend Lakeland Office.

If we have an issue with one of our copy machines, I place a call and they send a technician. I receive emails when I place the call, when the technician is on their way, and again once the repair is completed. Excellent customer service!
