Lexy Davy at the front desk was very professional. There was miscommunication at another business with the items needed that were suppose to be set back. They sent us to Apria. Thank goodness! Insurance can be tricky so I was a little worried, but Lexy did everything possible to get what we needed in the time frame allowed. Thankyou!
They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I had a cpap machine threw them. Would not recommend people I dislike to use this place.
Guys deliving is really good But, the lady at desk that u have to call does not communicate with driver. We had dr send over order for husband to get portable concentrator the order was there for 2 weeks they never called i finally had to call them and ask bout it than they wanted to take everything the big concentrator and all the tanks but wanted me to bring it into office witch is a hour drive so I guess they wanted him to be off while I was exchanging oxygen i got there called told her who i was and what i needed she sent the guy out with no info oxygen just very unprofessional
Excellent services as well for my mother.
My original oxygen supplier sold out. Thought I would switch companies but getting a hassle. Had doctor send orders and that is where it died two weeks ago. Looking for a portable concentrator to fit my active life, and still waiting on return call.
Called and discussed my needed device and if they accepted my insurance. They said yes and took the name, policy nubers along with the group number. Said if my Dr would just fax over the prescription they would submit it to my insurance and get back to me.I waited over 2 weeks, no calls, no NOTHING! So I called them today and asked whats going on. The girl says they have my prescription but need my insurance information because its NOT IN THE SYSTEM??? When I asked why nobody had called after recieving my Drs prescription she simply had NO answer! So once again I gave them my information and told her I didnt appreciate them dropping the ball on my Dr ordered medical device. She offered no apology, only repeating Im not sure who you talked to because it goes thru a switchboard??? No I called the Joplin Maiden Lane location... Im not happy that they see no problem in delaying medical services trusted to them. Think I might have to file complaints with the state and state board of insurance. No explinations, no appoligy, no Ill look into this... Reminds me of insurance fraud type companies Ive seen on the news. I hope they expect me and my insurance company to keep an eye out for billing statements for services Ive not requested nor received!
I am vacationing in the Carthage area and when I unpacked I realized I had forgotten the power cord for my CPAP machine. I called the closest Apria office near me and fortunately was able to reach Chris Comer. I ended up bringing my machine in and Chris did not have the cord that I needed. He then proceeded to call other outlets and could not reach anyone. He took my # and promised to call me back if he could find one. He called me later in the afternoon and said he had located one and I could come by the office and pick it up. After some discussion, Chris realized I was staying in Carthage and volunteered to meet me close by on his way home. Chris loaned me the cord, which I will return before I head back to New York. Chris went well beyond what was expected to help me out, and I truly appreciate it. Customer Service is alive at Apria in Joplin!
Front desk, arent nice. If you are tired, its not our problem. The nurses are trash talking like youre walking in the gail or something.
