I purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, cookstove and freezer..prices were great..all of them were delivered and installed the next day. The lady working the store was kind and patient and helped us a lot . The owner is very kind and very knowledgeable. The whole process was easy..I HIGHLY recommend this business if you are looking for a great deal, courteous service and dependability if you are looking for appliances. I am going back to them for a dishwasher.....

I absolutely love this place. I’ve never had better customer service at any appliance store. The washer we bought had problems a couple of times. Bishop’s made it right every time and would lend me a rental. Even after my warranty ran out they still came and looked and made it right. Prices are extremely reasonable and staff is incredibly kind. I LOVE my washer/dryer and may purchase a fridge from them as well

Really wish I could give them a good review because the people seem very nice and pleasant. The problem was the product. It immediately gave us trouble. To their credit they brought a replacement while they worked on our unit, however, once they returned it we quickly realized it still had the same issues (occasionally wouldn’t spin and I’d have to hand wring out the cloths. If heavy cycle was selected it would agitate until you went and shut it off. 5, 6, 7 hours.) When we decided we wanted to return the set, we were only given a partial refund. I find this to be upsetting as we paid for the product which was to be backed by a 6 month warranty. Essentially, we were charged for their bogus product that they failed to repair. Save yourself time, frustration and money, buy from a more reputable source.

I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone I meet! We bought our washer and dryer in August of this year, and 2 months later the washer has some issues (most likely due to our pipes) . I called Bishops and the owner came out to our house to personally to check out our washer. It had short circuited during the flood we had. Immediately he said he didnt feel safe with us using it with young children in the house, within 4 days I was able to get a new washer installed and the broken one removed. The customer service here is amazing, they are truly working for the benefit of the customer. This has definitely been the best experience my husband and I have ever had buying washers and dryers.

After a year and a half of owning a washer and dryer. I have to go ahead and trash both of them and buy a new set. The dryer stopped warming up first and the response was “blow out your dryer vent” and after I did that it still wouldn’t warm up and the response to milk more money was “for $100 I’ll come and fix it”. If I paid FULL price for both washer and dryer I should be able to have them fix for FREE. Now today my washer broke from the inside and it still has water in it. If you’re gonna spend big bucks buy a good quality washer and dryer from an actual business. Such as Best Buy and etc. I really tried to support this black owned business but it’s a slap in the face when I feel ripped off.

Phenomenal experience!Recently moved to the area and needed a washer and dryer set. Everyone was extremely friendly and offered assistance the moment I stepped through their doors. I knew nothing about what I was looking for or even needed, but the owner broke everything down simple for me to understand. They didn’t mind that I took my time to decide while I was on the phone with my wife. The set that I eventually decided on is a model that is still being sold in major retail stores today.I enjoy crunching numbers, and the amount I saved on a 9 month old set vs buying it brand new is insane. That is including accounting for depreciation. Plus my set came with a 90 day warranty! I could not recommend this place enough if you are in the market for one.

Bought a refrigerator at a great price. He came in on his day off to help me out. He does a lot for the community and really looks out for Soldiers on Fort Riley as well.

I would not have imagined that buying a washer/dryer could be fun until I visited Bishops. They offer a warranty on their good selection of appliances, which are fairly priced and of high quality. More than that, though, the staff is extremely helpful, honest, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. The excellent customer service meant that I had a great experience shopping here, and I would recommend that anyone (military especially, given the 10% discount) come here for appliances.

Purchased a washer over the phone, sight unseen on 4/15. Easer was delivered same day, 30 minutes later I called to inform them the washer when plugged in and touched sends a strong electrical shock through your body. After some discussion they agreed to a partial refund. My only real complaint is that the unit wasn’t fully tested or repaired prior to sale and delivery. Close inspection of the washer showed no signs of maintenance and deteriorated wiring.The owner refunded my purchases minus the delivery fee which I don’t feel is my responsibility to cover.On the plus side, the woman so worked with was always helpful and very polite. She is just working at the direction of the owner.The owner should have been happy offering a full refund and simply grateful he wasn’t sued over selling an electrified malfunctioning washer.

Great prices! Helped my husband I figure out what we needed in a washer and dryer, (this was our first time buying one). Military owned and operated which relieved a lot of stress knowing they had already been in our same position. They were so friendly! Cheapest installation fee I have ever seen, and they installed them that evening! They were just all around so amazing! We will definitely be going back for any appliances!

I wouldnt take my washer or dryer to anyone else to get fixed. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with the longevity of something they have fixed. Vince is very knowledgeable and Ollie is very helpful.
