Re-sealed truck windshield that had developed a leak after being replaced 5 years prior by a different company. Did a great job, took 20 minutes and did not have to wait for an appointment.

The Kansas wind last night threw a piece of wood into our Truck windshield. First thing this morning. 0800, we called around to get a quote. Interstate Glass Co. Had the best price at a total replacement for $219.00 that included tax, out of the six places we called. Most didnt have availability for at least two business days. But Interstate got us in at 0840 that morning. We were given a two hour turn around, and they called two hours later.. On the dot, to let us know the truck was done and ready!! The staff was friendly. And the whole process was quick and easy!! I would highly recommend them!!

Fantastic service on vehicle windshield replacement. Was in and out in less than two hours and everything looked very professional. Friendly staff as well.

Busy day, they called me and said they could fit me in, fill my chipped windshield and it was all done in 45 mins and their prices are very affordable. Staff were extremely pleasant. Lobby was comortable to wait in. I will definitely return to Insterstate Glass Co if needed in future. They also do all forms of glass work. Check them out for your home, office, or vehicle glass needs!

Attempted to use this business to have my windshield replaced as they were recommended by my insurance company (USAA). I spoke with Stephanie on a Friday (10AUG18) to order my windshield from Volvo and she set a tentative appointment for the following Friday (17AUG18) to conduct the service. She said they would call me right back to see how long it would take for the windshield to arrive so they can set that appointment in stone. I needed to know because I was in another state and rearranged plans to ensure I would be there on the 17th. I called back that afternoon and they informed me they would try to get the windshield from Kansas City but would call me back to provide an update.I waited the weekend and finally on Tuesday, after no one called me, I tried back. This time Stephanie told me they would be able to get the windshield but it would take longer than expected. I said it was fine and in that case would fly out and return late September to have it fixed. She said shed ask maintenance if it was okay for them to hold onto the windshield for that long while Im gone or if they should just order it later... I was again told she would call me back. As expected I received no word back.I called yesterday (16AUG18) for an update and finally she informed me that they cant do it. So basically, my time was wasted with this business. I understand its difficult to acquire parts due to having a 2018 model, but what I dont understand is the lack of updates provided to me as a potential customer.I believe Safelite Autoglass is a better option.
