I wish there was a way to leave a ZERO stars because thats all these people deserve. I will never EVER purchase a Chevy from Jim Clark again because of their service department! They are the shadiest and most unprofessional place in town. They couldnt even get my name right even though I was in their damn computer. They ordered the wrong parts for my car, took over two months to get back to me, and STILL got it wrong. I could never get a straight answer what was or wasnt covered by the warrenty their salesman suckered me into buying. The icing on the cake was when they said they fixed my windows but the other Chevy dealership said they clearly hadnt. If you need to have your Chevy serviced, go to John Mudocks in Manhattan. Fast, friendly and KNOWLEDGE and the place to go if you want it done right the first time. Avoid Jim Clarks service department at all costs.
