My experience with T.O. Has was excellent. I had trouble with my brakes on my Ram. They got me in on the day I contacted them. They kept me well informed on the service I would need and what it would cost. I was in and out on the same day.I highly recommend this business to everyone.

I was on my way to a football game (Saturday AM) when my low tire light came one. I was traveling on 1-70 heading east. I stopped at T.O. Haas Tire in Junction City. I explained that I was from out of town and had this low tire issue. She found a technician to check my tires. He aired up the front passenger tire and advised me to watch it. I thanked the technician but I left quickly so I could get to the football game at Rock Creek. I made it to the game on time. I kept checking my tire pressure until I could get home and get it checked out on Monday. I really appreciated that they stopped what they were doing to assist me. I could see they were very busy. I was traveling from Georgia back to my home in Colorado, when my car died in Junction City. With another 528 miles to go, the feeling of being stranded was daunting…I called all around around, but all garages were backed up 2-3weeks. T.O. Haas Tire & Auto was the only business willing to work me in—-recognizing that I was stranded so far away from home and racking up hotel bills…(It was a very helpless feeling wanting to continue my journey, but not able to.)….I cannot thank everyone enough at T.O. Haas for their kindness in diagnosing my car’s issues, getting the necessary parts from Abilene, fixing my car, charging me reasonable prices, and making it possible for me to drive home——all within 24hours! I so much appreciate the good people of T.O. Haas Tire & Auto in Junction City! (Also, a shout out to all those friendly employees of the Hampton Inn who helped me try to get my car started and steered me to T.O. Highly recommend. My family and I were just beginning a long RV trip across the country when we blew a tire just outside junction city. We just walked in and asked if they could help us get back on the road quickly .... And they did. They were so friendly as well as quick. We are so thankful for their response to our challenge.

Went in basically off the street- driving thru from Florida and was greeted with professional and courteous people. They informed me there was a diagnostic fee which I was fine with but they said they couldn’t fix the issue (they are thinking it’s a blown head gasket) and they opted not to charge for the diagnostic. Truly an amazing place!!

I picked up a nail on my 2020 Ridgeline. Having purchased many sets of tires from TO Haas in the past knew exactly where to go for such an occasion. As usual, the manager and technicians at the Junction City, Ks TO Haas took the keys from me, pulled the truck in the bay and repaired my tire. In 15 minutes I was headed down the road with a proper repair. Five stars as usual. Outstanding place not just for tires but other mechanical repairs. They do more than just tires and oil changes. Thanks again for taking care of my vehicles.

I was the first customer in cheerfully greeted by Stella. I requested two front tires switched to the ones O had in the back, I asked for one ri. To be checked and the possibility of an alignment. I waited very little to find my rim was good to use and the front tires were changed. The alignment had to wait because of time but was told if I could drop the car off the alignment would be done as soon as they could get to it in the day. Such a pleasant experience all the way around. I plan to leave my car back on Monday for the alignment and will refer all I know to T. O. Haas tires in Juction City.

Didnt really appreciate how the mechanic went straight to the front desk clerk and tell her the problems with my car rather than tell me. I was right next to the clerk.

I wanted a 3rd opinion since briggs kept telling me nothing was wrong and T.O found it and instead of charging me they went above and beyond! My husband was in the field I just had surgery and she called briggs and told them I had an extended warranty and it was covered and even called GM and found out I was even under manufacturers warranty and she even drove my car from T.O to GM and they fixed my car with only 100 deductible and GM did a great but if it wasnt for Tonya and everyone at T.O. auto I would have paid 3000 out of pocket! I wont go anywhere else! I went back and got my tires done and ill send everyone I know to T.O for there amazing service!

They were extremely honest and kind towards me. I am always worried about not getting anything fixed along with paying way more than I should, but I did not have that problem there. They even had a small military discount!I will definitely be returning in the future!Edit‼️I cannot stop raving about this place! My best friend has been having many issues with Briggs and her warranty for her car. She took it here after I recommended it to her. Briggs told my friend nothing was wrong with it and after taking it here, they found what was wrong but Briggs still refuses to fix it. Instead of charging her an arm and a leg to fix it, the manager, Tonya, (sorry, if I spelt that wrong!) has been calling other places and people making sure my friend doesn’t pay for anything she isn’t supposed to. She has even called my friend personally to make sure she’s doing okay since she had spinal surgery last month.Not only are they a wonderful mom and pop shop, but their customer service skills are above and beyond! They make sure they have customers and friends for life which I absolutely adore! I am going to be extremely sad when I have to PCS in a few years. I don’t think there’s another mechanic shop like this one in the country.

Yesterday afternoon, while driving from FL to CO, I had a flat on I-70 while running 75mph. I got to the shoulder safely, managed to swap the spare for the flat and proceeded to a hotel in Junction City, Kansas. I showed up at T.O.Haas this morning at 7:30 with a ruined tire. By 8:30, my wife & I were on the road completing our trip. Everyone at T.O.Haas was friendly, helpful & focused on solving MY problem. Price was very reasonable and their work was excellent. Hence, Im writing this review after arriving, on time at my destination in SW CO.I recommend T.O.Haas Tire & Auto WITHOUT RESERVATION.

I went in with an issue with my Lincoln, the window on the drivers side went down and would NOT go back up, lol. This is in the middle of winter, so I kind of needed that window.Took it in, and they looked at it and told me the part needed, gave me an estimate and told me they ordered the part and would have it the next day, but to allow me to drive it comfortable they custom made a wooden panel to hold the window up, just dont try to put it down.I ended up taking it in a couple of days later due to snow and ice, and they took longer than expected, but they also did a bang up job. While the length of time may have been different, it was because they are being careful and respectful with the car.Well worth the price, and the experience was great1

I had a flat tire and called to see if TO Haas could look at my flat to fix it if possible. They were able to get me right in as soon as I arrived. The tire had a hole in the side wall so a patch would not be possible. They were able to put a new tire on that was the same brand as the one with the flat. They did a great job and I appreciated that they got me in and out quickly! Laura was very helpful and friendly. Great service!!

I believe the most important thing that mostly everyone wants in a tire and auto business is someone they can trust. Weve had so many bad experiences with mechanics not being honest that when we find one that is honest, we want to patronize them. Not only are they honest but T.O. I like this business for the most part. What I dont like is that you cant bring your own parts, even if theyre brand new in the box, and 2nd their labor rate is not what I would consider competitive at all. $95/hr is ridiculous and theres atleast 2 other reputable mechanics in town that are about $30 less. Thats a pretty substantial difference especially when its a big job youre getting done.

I am so very happy with my tires. Ride is better, sound is so much quieter. Stopped back by because I did not remember to get windshield wipers. The nice young man that took care of it told me about the wipers and the difference. He said the one would cost a little more but I did want them. I have learned that sometimes you have to pay a little more to accomplice what you want. One arm on the wiper was shorter, which he did mention to me and the other was the normal. I really wasnt sure about them. But, when it rained and snowed I was so happy as they really did fit my windshield and I had a clean and clean windshield. All said and done it only took the most less than 30 minutes. Thank you for being so nice and explaining everything to me. Great customer service.

This place and staff are amazing- was driving my car across the country and my low engine oil pressure light came on. Pulled over in Junction City and went to a few other auto repair shops before coming upon T.O. Haas Tire & Auto. Tanya and the awesome other staff members were so helpful.They told us they would run our diagnostic for $75, and it turns out there was an issue that only the dealership could address, so they comped the diagnostic test. Didn’t pay a cent, and they were so kind and helpful- they even helped us find the closest dealership. Thank you, T.O.!

Had a camper tire blow out 20 miles outside of Junction City. Put on the spare and called to see if they had a tire in stock. They did and when we pulled into the parking lot I was met at the front door, he took the flat tire from me, I paid and they had it done in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend these people

Don’t get fooled by this small town charm. sold us a worn down tire that didn’t even make it past 300 miles before getting a flat - after going there and getting reassured the tire was completely safe and brand new, knowing we were on a road trip across the county. When we called to let them know what happened, they stated it was our fault the tire didn’t hold up due to too much luggage in our car. The new tire place we went to looked at the tire and Confirmed that we were in fact sold a faulty tire. 150$ out and no apology, accountability, or refund.

These guys, and gals, are great! From the moment I walked in through the mechanic explaining my deficiencies to me and into the final product I was very satisfied. This group knows their stuff and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle serviced! I am proud to say I can finally drive down the road in a straight line without the worry of hopping a lane.

We we on our way camping and we had a trailer tire blow out. We called and soon as pulled into the parking lot, the guys were waiting with jacks. They had both tires changed in less than 10 minutes. The tires were changed before I got done paying. We joked that it was faster than Nascar. I highly recommend this tire shop!!

Traveling back home to SC, my alternator went out just before reaching Junction City. Made it to my Hampton Inn reservation there, just a couple blocks from T.O. Haas. Called them the next morning, and they put in a NAPA alternator and got me going before noon. Great friendly service and extra fast for out of state folks traveling through. Made it home and everything still working great. Thanks to all at T.O. Haas

Sorry usually dont give reviews, but just bought new tires few months ago. Had screw in tire and cost me $20. Peerless has fixed flats and charged me $0 should have bought my tires there. Never again.

Laura and Tonya provide the best customer service! I trust them and the mechanics. They are great at explaining what needs to be done. From oil changes to brake work to heating and air issues, I’ve been very satisfied with how my car runs after their work! I highly recommend T.O Hass!
