I bought my car 5 days ago now, we dropped my car off yesterday to get the windows tinted and the owner did an amazing job for pretty cheap and went even further with the job because I come home and my mom tells me that someone spray painted my car while it was at platinum auto. DAY 4 of me having my first car it was spray painted. The owner took an hour and a half to remove all of the spray paint from the car. When my mom offered him extra money he refused. He went above and beyond with my car so the least I could do was write this review.

My man and his team did a great job tinting both my wife’s car and mine. We even ran into a crazy situation with my wife’s car and the platinum team went above and beyond to find a solution. Great customer service and work! Definitely recommend their business.

Wow! Absolutely great customer service!!! We needed a fuse fixed on our custom camper van to get our air conditioning fixed and Telly was able to squeeze us in to his schedule on a Friday to get us taken care of. What was supposed to be a simple fuse switch out ended up taking way more time and ended up needing a circuit breaker instead. He got on the phone with my custom builder in Oregon to find out what exactly I needed and even helped me figure out where to get the part on such short notice. Telly managed to get me back in the same day after I secured the part and got my air conditioning working again! He didn’t want me to have to go the entire weekend without ac and knew I had my son’s birthday party the next day. I know it wasn’t the little job he initially signed up for especially on a Friday evening, but he did it with a smile on his face the entire time. Everyone at his shop was friendly, courteous and very professional. If you need any work done, I highly recommend them. He even texted me later that evening to make sure it was still working and wished my son a happy birthday!!! Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I was beyond satisfied with the work, customer service and atmosphere here at Platinum Audio!!

Just picked my truck up after having subs, amp and eyebrow installed. Telly is a good man with great customer service skills. The work was done in a very timely manner and looks great. I recently had a full stereo swap from my factory to a complete touch screen and door speaker replacements. I was extremely reasonably priced for the equipment that was installed, using new and existing parts I had with me. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, when I first came to pick up my vehicle I was not 100% pleased with the finished product, wanting a smaller sub in the backseat. The owner fixed the box to my liking for free, sticking to the original quote we had already discussed. This business cares about their customers complete satisfaction and is quick to communicate with you if there are hold ups in anything (mostly items that are shipped).

These guys hands down are the quickest and easiest way to anything done with you vehicle. Went to multiple audio shops and they were all ridiculously expensive and unavailable but these guys took care of me on the spot.

Reasonably priced does a great job with tint. I would recommend taking the stereo you want installed with you.

Great experience and customer service! The price was very reasonable and he was able to squeeze me in a full week out sooner then other places I tried. My wife and I got a touch screen radio and back up camera installed and both work great and look amazing. By the time he was done with the install you couldn’t tell any difference or see any loose wires hanging out, the only way I knew it was complete was seeing the new radio sitting there and the back up camera popping up when reversing, very happy overall, could not recommend a better place to get installs done!

Took my brand new Car for a window tint and what I got from this place was very unprofessional, air bubbles which never cleared, some part had some dirt and stuff, in total very bad job, The owner offered to redo the tint and any time an appointment was scheduled for the job to be redone he kept giving excuses. Excuses like it’s windy or it’s too hot which to me was clearly dubious since he does his work in the shop. Initially I thought he was an honest man who wanted to get it right and satisfy his customer but it turned out to be something different. Very bad experience with this shop . I hope this never happens again to anyone else.

My wife had a sub transferred from her old car into her new vehicle and it came out great! Then I had a touch screen radio installed in my truck and was going to get one 12 inch sub under the back seat. The owner informed me that his guy who he gets the sub boxes from didn’t inform him that they didn’t make a box for one sub for my truck only dual. The owner said they messed up and he was going to make it right. He gave me 2 subs for the price of one because of there mess up. We will be going back for any work we need done or upgrades. I have been shopping for a stereo and speakers for my wifes Tahoe for a while. I called Manhattan, Salina, Wichita and Kansas City. But I called Platinum audio in JC and I set up an appointment and the first thing he asked is what I want and didnt try to sale me what he wanted. He was fair and professional and very affordable. He did such a wonderful job on my wifes Tahoe I had him do mine too. He sticks to his quote and he couldnt put the stereo in my truck because of a Bose and DVD player so he went out of his way and put a better system in than what he quoted me and he didnt charge me any more for the system. This place is not only cost effective but the owner was outstandingly friendly. He came and picked up my wifes car in the morning and returned it in the evening. This tech is a gem. Remote start in two vehicles and windshield top tint border following recent windshield replacement. Started install on time and finished a little earlier than expected. Completed job for over $400 less than estimates received from shops in Manhattan, Salina, and Topeka. Very professional and friendly service. 100% recommend.

Well just recently I have been looking for a really nice audio system and after several extremely high quotes I found platinum audio. Hands down bested the price of their competitors by a long shot. Very happy with the work they provided and how friendly the staff was. No matter the question, problem, concern, or inquiry it was, Teddy was always able to fulfill. The only issue I have is now when I play my bass a bit loud it shakes my mirror and causes it to fall. But thats my issue and ill find a fix for it, so Im not too worried about it. 10/10 Would highly recommend, especially to Fort Riley service members like myself. Save yourself the heart ache and look here for what I believe to be an unbeatable price!
