Says they open at 8am and here it is past that with no one here working- online and on their door says they open at 8, very unprofessional.

Older lady, blonde-ish brown hair, wears glasses very rude and impatient. I’ll be going back to Juicy’s instead.

She did not listen to what we want or needed. Sold us the wrong stuff and tried adding on to our receipt.

Awesome little vape and cbd store

Bought a large $30 puff disposable vape. First one opened had juice all over. Went in and got a new one. was working fine until 30 minutes later when it stopped hitting. Called to tell the lady working about the issues and she raised her voice and said she wouldn’t replace it and told me it didn’t matter because she would be losing money after already replacing it. When kindly spoken to about how it was unfair that so much money was spent for a vape that doesn’t work the lady rudely hung up. Called back and was very hostile and hung up again.

Went in there to buy a delta 8 vape cart, turns out all they’re carts are fake and when i tried to get a refund the lady had an attitude and told me to “get out” after I kindly acknowledged the fact that i won’t get a refund, i respectfully tried telling them that they have fake carts which is very dangerous but still got yelled at !! never go to this place it is absolute trash!! and horrible costumer service.

Some of you are mad at their refund policy but that’s your own fault for not getting a receipt. The workers are almost always friendly.

My husband went in to get vape juice after calling and asking if it was still in stock, she had sold the last salt nicotine vape when he had gone into the store. After him asking if it was all sold out the sales associate simply replied with bye! After working in customer service for so many years I had found this rude and so disrespectful. Honestly there are so many other vape shops in junction city you can visit with way better customer service. This place is absolute trash!

They ripped me off!!! Just bought a smok bod from them. Tried charging it for 30 minutes didn’t work. Didn’t tell me about no refund policy. Just bought a mod that doesn’t work. They ripped me off. Owner had an attitude too. Also tried to call back to get help with my vape, they insulted my intelligence and hung up the phone on me. Horrible customer services. Will never recommend anyone to go to these people.
