I walked in the store around 11am and immediately headed towards the shoes. There were three employees in the store and no other customers at the time. Seeing as they dont have their stock of shoes available, you have to have an employee help you. Not a single employee acknowledged me. I waved towards one to get their attention and they still didnt come to offer any assistance. I just left after that.

They offered to call when a salebecomes active on my item of interest

They did not have what we needed, womens basketball shoes at the start of high school basketball season. They offered to have anything ordered, but we would rather go to Academy than wait for an order. Prices were high and selection is small.

Ordered an item size 8.5 when I got it delivered in the mail it was a 10.5 waiting on refund while packaged is delivered back for a form of return .

Selection is not that large but starting to get better.
