Pretty slow drive through, but the dude taking my order was friendly. He talked like he was auditioning to be a radio announcer, though. A big “gooooood morning!” even though it was 5 pm, ha! My order was made correctly, at least. Downside is that about ten flies flew in my car while I had the window down to order at the drive through. I think they need to keep the back of their store cleaner and that might help. Could be their neighbor Qdoba’s fault too.

I ordered a hot white mocha this morning and I was putting it into my personal mug for work when something dumped out of it so I poured it back into the cup to see what fell in. A sticker from someone else’s drink was in my coffee this morning, I get that people get busy but when I went through there was only one car in line (not sure how busy it was inside) but this is disgusting

This location is always really friendly. Even on days theyre short staffed, theyre super nice and dont rush you, and you can tell theyre trying harder than maybe theyre getting paid to. Idk. Definitely more pleasant than scooters.

There is absolutely no consistency here. I order the exact same thing everytime I come in (venti caramel Frappuccino w/4 shots of expresso, no whip) and everytime I get it it tastes different. Monday it was so sweet I couldnt finish it and today it is so bitter I dont want it. There is no reason I should be paying $9 a drink if its not made correctly, I have ordered the same drink for about 4 years now so I know what it is supposed to taste like and they have only gotten my drink correct about 3 times since June. I am so disappointed that I cant get a good coffee from here.

Its Starbucks with Starbucks products... But its always been incredibly slow in my experience. Ive only used the drive thru, but that takes about 20 minutes for a single iced tea. So bring your audiobooks and make use of your waiting time!

I’ve been here for a year and this is by far the worst Starbucks ever!!!!! They can’t follow directions. I say light ICE and the cup it’s full of ice. I ask for normal drinks I always have asked for since 2009 and somehow they always mess up my order. Like damn. Get it right!!!! My coffee is always butter even after I ask for extra pumps or I ask for extra caramel drizzle and the girl tells me she pump it inside the. Middle of the drink.... like dude just make my damn drink right!!!!

They never have inventory in stock so half the menu is out of stock. That’s not normal for a Starbucks at all.If you use the app for pick up you have to pay for a replacement if what you paid for is out of stock. Ex: sandwich.They are too slow for how “busy” they get.Go somewhere else so you can order what you want vs what they only have in stock.As a side note. The hot coffees are too watery

Ordered online wasnt even close to being ready to the suggested time. Waited an extra 30-40 mins. Sat inside and watched what looked like their new employee training. They were showing him how to take the trash out lol. Literally only 1 person making the drinks. I get that its busy but they really should have a system to get both drive thru and online orders ready in a fashionly time frame. Ive been to alot of starbucks but this one really needs new management..

I stopped here en route to Colorado from Kansas City so of course Im trying to make good time. This Starbucks is right off the highway so they should be quick and efficient knowing theyre servicing in travelers. It felt like my drink took so long and when I finally came up to the window it appeared like everybody inside was just laughing and goofing around instead of head down hard at work servicing the huge line of customers. Im all for having fun at work but no one should wait this long for an iced coffee. My drink was fine but the wait time was ridiculous. Not a great stop if youre in a hurry.

I came in today to get the Jade Citrus Mint tea with four honey packets but the thing is I didnt get the honey packets I got the honey syrup and well Im slightly allergic to it so I can tell when its wrong. Ive been to many different Starbucks and Ive never had this problem except with this location. Do you not carry honey packets? Ill probably just go to Scooters coffee from now on they are faster and get my order right

Order was not timely ready for pickup! Got to store 10 minutes after online order, as suggested online. Order was a bakery item and was not started yet, except the bag was labeled and it took another 17 minutes before I could walk out the store with my bakery item. The time I wait inside the store, gave me time to look around and I noticed that this store is not the cleanlinessed. Dusty around the metal on the windows, to many people/employees behind the counter, some are handling food and drink items and others at the same time handling open trash cans/bags. Waiting, gives you time to observe things.

I use to give this place 5 stars. But now everytime I go, they cant seem to get my order right. I always ask for the same thing - the same exact way. I ask for the extra drizzle and crunch in drink but lately everytime when I get my drink it looks like there about to run out of ingredients or just barely put any in it... It really sucks to pay that kinda money for a drink that they cant get right!

The absolute worst customer service! If I could give them zero stars I would! The baristas were talking and laughing the whole time while slowly making drinks! Waited for 20mins before even making my drinks! There were 4 baristas in total. They were all making drinks for the online orders instead of drinks for orders for customers inside of the store. The reason I know is because the baristas would announce it. Even the drive thru customers drinks weren’t even being made! While waiting for my drinks a drive thru customer came in because her drink was done completely wrong and the baristas gave her attitude for having to re make the drink! This is the only Starbucks within 30 mins I will never set foot in the Starbucks again!

Stopped here for a quick drink and the barista yelled at my mother for touching a bag of coffee they had for sale on the shelf. I understand that these are trying times and lots of things need cleaned, but yelling at the top of your lungs at a customer is uncalled for. If you don’t want people touching or purchasing shelved items, then remove them or post a sign.

I think you should change the person in drive thru. I asked for a nitro cold foam brew, she wasnt sure what that was and if I wanted a pumpkin brew. Next, I ordered a cookie n cream frappe, the barista asked me for the recipe (this was a first, I have ordered this many of times from this location). I have never had any issues with Star Bucks but I am not sure what she typed in for the nitro cold foam brew but it was very different.

This Starbucks is painfully slowwwwwww! I have sat in line in the drive thru for over 20 minutes before, I’ve stood inside for 20 minutes before AFTER ordering through the app ahead of time for two drinks! I guess that’s what happens when this is literally the only Starbucks in the area. There is always something going on.Today I ordered my two drinks ahead of time through the app so I could run inside real quick to grab them and go and OF COURSE the lobby is closed! There really needs to be some kind of an update on the app that the store can let its customers know this type of thing. There was at least 10 cars in line with no movement for 10 minutes so I called to cancel my order since I have a screaming baby in the car. She told me my order was ready and sitting there so I asked if I could grab it at the door, she said no, fine, so I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund. She said sure but can’t do it over the phone so I would either have to come another day to get it (whether I come inside or through the drive thru) or wait in line to get the refund at the window. What??? Lmfao. Even if I waited the 20-30 minutes in line to get my damn drink that was done it would’ve already started separating and the ice melting. They really need to get it together at this location. If a lot busier and higher demand locations in bigger cities can get the line down within 5 minutes they can do the same in this small town. Disappointed.If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would.

This is the slowest one I have been to yet and I have been to a lot all over the country! Omg it takes forever in the drive thru and its the same inside! Employees are more worried about talking about there personal issues then productivity and time of service. I felt like I really got to know this employee’s and not in a good way!!! If they would be more focus and working then “conjugating” as stated by one of there own employee ( “why is everyone conjugating in the back”) they would serve there customers as it should.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Ive had many meetings with friends, book clubs, little dates with my kiddos, quiet times just for reading/studying by myself here. The staff are wonderful and on the rare occasion that my order is wrong or doesnt taste right, they have happily remade it. They have busy moments, just like any business, and sometimes the equipment isnt working right. But, the staff are always great, and busy moments pass and equipment gets fixed. 😊 This is a great place to come and have coffee and meet with friends.

We pulled up at 1:52 pm .... 8 min prior to closing and waited behind 7 cars . Three other cars pulled up behind me . When we got up to the ordering menu, NO ONE answered yet the staff had taken the order of the car in front of me . We tried to place our order at 2:05 pm as the car in front of us pulled forward . We finally pulled forward toward the drive -thru and then a girl came to the widow and said “ we are closed” It was poor communication overall and she was quick to just close the drive thru window on us. As, a previous restaurant employee, my staff never acted that way toward customers . If customers are in line at the drive- thru prior to closing, we still served them . In all honesty, I will go to Starbucks in Manhattan from now on or Scooters in Junction City .
