Very helpful and friendly service. The young man who helped me was super polite. When I came back to pick up my glasses he greeted me by name which I love because it shows me he takes time with customers and we are not just a number to them. He took extra time to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend this place to others.

The doctor and the ladies in the glasses area were so great! Everyone was really nice. I had a better time there than the other eye places Ive been too.

I just called to see if someone could help fix my glasses because they weren’t sitting on my face right. (I purchased these from a different company online) She says “OH, you can’t take them back to where you got them?” What?! This is your job, whether I got them there or not? Very rude.

I am so impressed with Dr. Williams. He was so thorough and answered all of my questions. He is just great.

I was calling to get some information...The lady that got the phone she was very rude she said she was alone there and she had a bunch of stuff to do she said call later I wish I could give 0 stars definitely not recommended
