Great variety of stuff. I like these selections. Always shelves were fully stocked which is great. Meat and seafoods were great. But unfortunately I had bad experienced in the store. Woman employee was terribly attitude. I hope that some employees need a retraining. I like Dillions, but I will not come back this store again.

Why is it always so difficult to get help at the deli? The workers are always preoccupied with other tasks and leave you waiting. The last two times I’ve have to wait more than 5 minutes just to get some assistance.

I have been using the pickup service since March 2020, having been content with in-store shopping prior. Although there are the infrequent hiccups, I have been more than happy with the professional and cordial staff. I also appreciate seeing the same familiar faces every week. Jeremy, in particular, has been a great example of proactive customer service. I am grateful that I can rely on this pickup service and the Dillons staff, in order to protect a vulnerable family member.

Some of the best customer service personnel. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store has been my go to during the pandemic as they were diligent about Covid protocols.

Decent selection and very nice emoyees... but every time Ive gone for pickup theyve substituted items they didnt tell me about (didnt match the list of substitutions they gave me) and not offered any substitutions for very basic items (like bagged salad... Your whole store is sold out of lettuce?). The receipt has NEVER matched what I actually received.

Dillons (2) in Manhattan, Ks both have friendly, great person el. Also very wide selection ofProduce, meats all products found in food store.Both stores are very clean, bright, easy access in and out .Also have fuel stations at both stores . The wesrloop fuel station carrys Diesel. The east store carries large selection of spring plants.

Bakery needs a little help with decorating cakes and spelling of names :(......... one side of the cake was a mess so disappointed

Less options on the shelves but, at least they try! Theyre very hard working folks who are always super polite and caring. The curbside folks are amazing and I never feel like Im an inconvenience for them.

Just grabbed a few items with Mom before new sales start tomorrow. No cashier check out, only self checkout, which was fine this trip, but wouldve sucked if normal grocery run.

Good selection. They were out of a couple things I was looking for like pork sausage patties in the freezer section. Overall a nice store.

Waited 5 mins for help at deli counter (while half a ham sat out). prices are not good. selection is not good, waited another 5 min for help at self checkout (2 items rang up incorrectly) and no one was around. Just walked out at that point and saw a fight in the parking lot. All at 5pm on a weekday. Go to walmart. Way better

I ordered bread, milk, and eggs for delivery and the delivery person said she couldnt deliver due to a fire on the road- police and emergency vehicles turned her away. So i tried to cancel the order via both her and the store. Neither would help me cancel. So now Im out $40 and I didnt receive my groceries. There was no customer service. And they didnt say who exactly picked up the order either. Very bad experience.

Only been here once since I am not from Kansas but I definitely enjoyed my experience. The staff at the deli chinese food part were sweet and attentive. The spring rolls were fresh and hot, really good prices too. The salad bar looked good and crisp too but skipped that for Chinese.

The only thing good about Dillons right now is this people. The variety that you offer is getting less and less every time I come there. When I go to other buildings and other towns they seem like they have more variety vegetables seasonings and everything else. Sometimes it seems between Manhattan and Junction City Dillons does not respect the people of Junction City they prefer to give all the best items to the people in Manhattan. But kudos to the employees for doing the best they can that is appreciated.

This is a good store in terms of prices and sales!Now, what I dont like about the place is how run down and used up it looks!The company needs to build the Junction City store a new building just like they did at its West loop location in Manhattan!I like the hot deli.I like the fried chicken!The Chinese food is just average!This store needs a new building fast!

Very friendly staff that know the store pretty well. Good prices. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth here.

Good fuel rewards. Prices could be better, they are not as low as Walmarts. There would be a lot more people shopping there if the deals get better. The with card prices are many times still higher than the competition.

Friendly grocery store. Decent selection. I often look for lots of fresh veggies, which they have, and some gluten free items. They have some of those, enough to satisfy. The prices are pretty good too. Get their card though, youll need it to take advantage of sales. The staff was friendly and helpful.

While I LOVE Dillons, there are some issues with this store that keep happening over and over. The employees in the grocery section and check out are great, and the pharmacy REALLY is helpful with all of your needs. Check out their bakery overstock and limited shelf which has items on discount for different things. The Bakery is good, and overall they have a good selection in the grocery portion, including the bakery and meats.However, the Deli section, including the Chinese Deli, needs A LOT of help! As a customer, I have stood there while they are talking to each other and ignoring me, until I say something, then they are upset that I did not wait. The chinese section will have people waiting for food and not have anyone there or they will be in the back, and I have had the Chinese clerk actually look at me and tell me she was going on break and leave before helping me. Get your Deli elsewhere!

The store is well stocked and maintained. Good celection and quality of fresh produce. The prices arent bad if you have their discount card and I find several discounts on meat that were very good.

I go here for the sea food and when they have really good sales going on. This is my place to stock up on stuff when on sale. Also love being able to get seafood and never been disappointed.

Great grocery store. There isnt much to say about it! It has low prices, great membership benefits, cheap gas at the nearby gas station, nice employees, and lots more. The only complaint I have is that their deals dont last long at arent consistent.

My experience was good. Cashiers very polite and the carry out boys were warm and friendly. No long waiting in the checkout lines. Great customer service. Awesome

Delicious foods and great place to shop for food.

I love this store. Overall, it is cheaper than the commissary. The produce, dairy, and meat departments are the best in town. If you download the app, you get a free item every Friday and lots of sale items, digital coupons, and fuel savings. The employees are friendly. The only negative is the crowded, disorganized parking lot, but its no different than others in this town.

This review and many thanks go to the Dillons Floral Department.If you are thinking about sending flowers they are the people to call. I rely on Dillon’s floral whenever I need to send flowers and have done so for years. Not once have I ever been disappointed. Delivery is prompt and prices are outstanding. But if that is not enough, each wonderful arrangement is created by a caring artist who takes personal pride in their work. They treat each delivery like it is going to someone they know. That is what keeps me a LOYAL customer. Again, thank you.

This store has a decent enough selection of items that we want t and use, but it could seriously use a little (lot) of sprucing up. It feels dingy and old inside and we only go here when its close by. We go to other Dillons usually but happened to be nearby this store today.

I love the employees here. They are all so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and shelves are well stocked. They have amazing fresh sushi and a Chinese hot entrees.

On a day where it is 100+ degrees, they have many sitting areas for people to cool down as well as an excellent salad bar. Their sales are always in season and competitive for the one other grocery in town. They price match. But today, it is mainly their sitting area.

I give this place ZERO stars period. I had my support animal with me to come grab a few things of meat, and an employee named Trevor was EXTREMELY rude and asked me several questions, that legally Im not obligated to answer along with several other harrassing me, till I was eventually escorted out, and police were called on ME, simply because I had my support animal with me. WHO stuck by side the entire time and minded his business as usual, but according to Trevor he had SEVERAL customer complain about his aggressive behaviour. Will not be back.

They always have good deals and sales. They always have issues with their produce though. I always say a lot of moldy produce. I’ve said things before. I don’t know why it hasn’t changed.

I used to shop there a ton now I dont because they dont have the carts with a baby carrier. Ive asked multiple times if they could get them, and they told me they ordered one, but it never showed. I will not be coming back because its a bit ridiculous that i have to get 2 carts in order for me to get everything i need in one trip. Ive literally asked about it every 2 weeks for the past 4 months. It would make life easier than going to Manhattan, but I suppose Ill just continue to give the Manhattan dillons my business.

I dont recommend getting any produce here, I would estimate 70 % of the time I am disappointed in the quality and it doesnt hold up as long as produce from other places. Even though I hate Walmart, their produce at the main store and the Marketplace are better quality. The Commissary is slightly better than Dillons, they just have a much larger selection.

Ordered flowers online, I canceled never made it on time or day that was expected...

Customer Service desk is not organized. They tell you different things. They make things harder than it should be. Called later to talk with a store manager they said come in the next day we will make it right. Let the Customer Service represenative desk know a manager approve it. Honestly its terrible and I will keep on doing my business in Manhattan. Also the baggers do not know how to bag. Mixing cold food with chemicals,etc

Tried to inform the Asian lady at self checkout on 6/13 7pm that I accidentally went through the self checkout that is card only. That I had to void a transaction so it kept the screen up.She was very unprofessional and told me with an attitude and very slowly said while mocking me THANK..YOU...FOR...LETTING..ME...KNOW. She talked to everyone else normally. Honestly some of your employees here are a joke. Please move her away from self checkout if she cant handle it. This is from a person who has worked retail for 10+ years. She is terrible.

I spent an hour shopping with a heaping cart of groceries, ready to spend my hard earned money. I approached the checkout to be told they cannot check me out and bag my groceries. Isnt that service included in the price I pay. I was told I could go through the self checkout. I was not impressed. Horrible customer service. Employees throughout the site and no one can bag groceries.

Had a little problem finding what I was looking for but I havent been in there for awhile so it was more my unfamiliarity that was the problem lol. It has a comfortable neighborhood grocery feel and thats a good thing!

My first experience was not very good. Maybe they just had a rough day, Im not sure. But after leaving a review on the Facebook page and getting a positive response from the company, I decided to give it another try. Ive been back a few times since (especially because they are close to our house and have easy access from the front or back of the store through the parking lot). Since that first visit, Ive enjoyed my experience shopping there. I like the coupon deals that come in the mail and enjoy that staff throughout the store ask if I need help finding things. Overall, I enjoy the store and find the employees to be pleasant and helpful. It can get a bit crowded on days they get their truck in for delivery, because of people having to put the product away, and the aisles are a bit narrow. Otherwise, I think its a good store.

Also good deals and the produce is always fresh some employees are really polite and will go out of their way. The only problem I have is that they are to picky. I went to 2 interviews. And have years of experience for what I applied for. I wasnt young enough I guess or military spouse. Denied of course every time I applied

So I go to Dillions to make an exchange & Ester & Natalie took everyone else ahead of me! All I wanted to do was exchange something which I decided to just Return due to poor customer service ! I definitely will not come back to the dillions in Junction City! Its always dirty, customer service is horrible!

Sadly I cant give this place 0 stars.First off please dont buy anything from the salad bar or produce.They like to rinse the mold off products (like the strawberries) and place them out in hopes that youll buy them.Please dont buy anything from the seafood department, as they do sell BAD fish and crablegs.The only time they do not do this is when the trucks bring in these fresh produce.Their quality is horrible.Please take this into reference.Take it from me. I have several close friends whom work there, and I know this to be the truth, because I have also seen this with my own eyes.And yes the people there are great.But the management is horrible to their employees.Management does not take care of their employees, they will belittle and will not train their employees properly and then they will turn around and blame that employee for not doing their job properly.I used to shop here from the time that I was a kid till now. I will NEVER shop at Dillons again. Id rather shop at Walmart.Which I used to work for.And yes, I will be filing a complaint with cooperate.

Easily accessible for the handicapped, they have an adequate number of wheelchairs and you dont need to wait for 1. Employees are friendly and courteous being able to park close to the door is a plus.

Crazy stupid. I go to Manhattan quite a bit and shop Dillons East. Now, there is quite a few items that are the same price between the two stores, but I have seen a difference of up to $.80 for their milk. If they say transportation costs, B.S.! Manhattan is several miles north of the interstate, while Junction City sits on the interstate. This just adds to the overall disparity of this city. Oh, and when the milk was on sale, the Manhattan was cheaper by $.30. Why?

Ordered a bouquet for Mothers Day, and it was not a like the florist said it would be like. When we made a valid customer complaint about it to the Dillions staff the flower lady had an attitude and said, this is why Im retiring. We had to go Marys Flowers to fulfill our purchase.
