I LOVE this place! I use MANY of thier services; which are reasonably priced. They can make copies, fax, mail letters, packages, sell stamps, etc. They even helped me find a cheaper way to send something to the UK, than the box I had packed it in! They even have USPS supplies, like flat rate boxes, bubble wrap, etc. My printer/copier died, so I found a place that I can get copies made with wonderful staff, VERY close parking AND a door that I; a Handicapped person can OPEN by myself! UNLIKE the Junction City Post Office! I used to go to the Post office to mail my packages; but I can NEVER get the door open without someone else helping me (and I only use a cane)! The Junction City Post Office, a Government building, is NOT Handicapped Accessible! Even on a NON-WINDY day, I cantget their door open! I would give Box n Ship 10 stars if I could for the very nice staff and all of thier wonderful help!

Staff is great. They show you your options and get you the cheapest and quickest route. Customers though, they tend to not pay attention to the people waiting their turn while they jaw jack with the employees.

They always go beyond! I have never had a problem sending packages with them. They make everything extremely convinent, quick and easy! 😁

It was quick, easy and affordable but I also had belongings stolen from my box so I don’t recommend. Go straight to an actual shipping company instead of this place since they’re obviously not trustworthy (unless of course you don’t care about the things you’re shipping). What a disappointment. Do better.

The lady that helped me was very nice. I was visiting the area and needed to ship some very breakable items back home and she packed them very well. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was supposed to take a week but I got it in 3 days!

A wonderful place to take care of all your shipping needs. Just bring in whatever you need shipped and they will find a suitable box or mailer envelope and then pack your items for you. They do not charge anything to prepare and pack your items ( and they do it well!). All you pay for is the cost of the shipping materials. They also have addresses on file of anyone you have previously shipped something to which is SO convenient! The staff is always friendly and helpful-I love this place!

The staff has always been friendly but yesterday I went to return a modem after closing my out of town AT&T internet account. AT&T had said on the phone to return through UPS. So when I arrive back in JC I go to box n ship the lady says “we don’t have any access to scan UPS returns, you’ll need to go to Manhattan”. I get home and have mail stating it can be shipped through fedx and a letter with a scan and information. I go back today with this information and they tell me they don’t have access to fedx either. This is unbelievable that there are signs on the front of the building with fedx and the fedx website states their nearest location in JC is box n ship on Washington St. Thankfully AT&T just sent me an email label to print and put on a box and take to the local post office for return. I’m very confused as to why they’re allowed to advertise the fedx logo on their building knowing they can’t assist with fedx.

Really great to go there and have help shipping items!! parking lot is small but the people seem to always be polite and helpful. Been multiple times i just went in with my stuff and a box and they helped me fit things together. They even have a punch card for things you send through DHL, Fed ex or Ups ship 10 for 10 lbs free shipment.

Dropped off a FEDEX envelope at 15:00 on 3/8/2018 with extremely time sensitive paperwork in it that was suppose to be delivered overnight by 10:30 the next morning. The envelope did not even ship until over 24 hours the next day. The only reason they received two stars is because I have used them before and have not had an issue but this is unacceptable for the price that is paid for shipping.
