Lee and his guys did a amazing job on our privacy fence!! Complete surpassed my expectations, we are already considering him for a few more jobs around our home.

Gates are horribly built, warped, and dont even close. Every picket they replaced is bowed terribly, and they tried to raise the price because they under bid the materials..... I do not recommend them at all.

We are very pleased with the service and split rail fence we got from Lee and the crew. We had given Lee a hoped for completion date. When the materials were not shipped due to COVID-19 he made a trip to Topeka on the weekend to get materials so it could be done on time. He kept in contact with us so we knew the plan and the fence was done on time & exceeded our expectations.

If 0 stars were possible I would give this company that. However, this company is garbage, they incorrectly installed my fence and refused to fix it after a thunderstorm that produced 60 mph winds jacked it up even more the owner refused to take responsibility and rectify the problem. Further more, I had to call repeatedly for three days to talk to someone about the problem. Strongly recommend anyone considering this company to reconsider that decision.

Moved here 3 years ago and got our fence put up quickly. At one point our card was declined because it had expired, but they called and we resolved the issue quickly and without penalty (I totally forgot the card had expired). Never had any issues with the fence.

Wonderful Experience and Best Price Around! When we moved here 3 years ago, we knew we needed a fence. We called One Accord and they were out within 2 days and it was set up in no time. I always mailed a check at the first of the month and never had a problem making a payment. We are moving now and I just called for a pick up. Boom, that easy! Great company and wonderful experience! One Accord installed a beautiful vinyl fence around Loving Arms Childcare facility In Junction City, They were very professional. First, drawing up a plan and then presenting our business with pricing. After we had settled on a plan, One Accord Enterprise ordered the materials and then began installing the fence. After the job was done, we requested that the fence be extended to the edge of the neighbors fence. Mr. Pugh quickly extended the length of the fence. It is absolutely beautiful with a gloss finish. I enjoy seeing the glimmer that reflects off the fence when the sun is shining. Excellent work, I highly recommend using One Accord to install a new fence around your place of business or home.

One Accord Enterprise did our dog kennel. They laid the cement slab and put up the fence around the cement slab. They did a very professional job. It has been up for over 5 years now and it still looks good and we are very pleased with it. They were very friendly and easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

One Accord just did some tree trimming and shrub removal for me. The work they did was worth more than the quote I was given. They were professional and timely and very budget friendly. Im already planning more jobs for them for the future. Thanks guys.

So Ive had my fence through this company since Ive been at Fort Riley which has been over 2 years. I never had a problem until recently. Lately they have taken money out of my account WITHOUT authorization. The first time he said it was a mistake on his employees part so he refunded me. I told him then to NOT charge my card that we will call from now on and only speak to him. Fast forward approximately 2 and a half weeks and this man pulled $45 from my account WITHOUT authorization. Whats worse is when my husband called him about ut, he refused yo refund our money. We had to once again go to the bank and change our card because we didnt trust that him anymore and knew he was fraudulently charging us. If you are moving or live on FORT RILEY do yourself a favor and DONT use this conartist or his company.

Very nice people! They installed my fence so fast. The fence is so perfectly straight even though I have a small hill in the back of my place on fort Riley.

One Accord installed our fence and did a wonderful job! They quoted the lowest price- by far- for our fence. They were quick and professional. Because of our in-ground sprinkler system, putting a fence in at our house wasnt just a basic job, but One Accord put in the fence well and kept the price low. They even added some finishing touches, such as cut edges on the top of the posts so they arent just basic flat 4x4s. Lee- the owner- went over the whole fence himself with a hammer to check it and to pound in any nail points so no one would get hurt. We just had a home inspection to sell our home, and the inspector said the fence looked solid and good.

One accord fencing was great while we were at fort riley. Never once had an issue with them! We had automatic payments set up and the fee was EXTREMELY reasonable each month! They got our fence installed within days of me calling and before the time frame he even gave me! And when it needed to come down they were right on time. Would recommend them to anyone!

Dont buy a fence, they say they will buy it back when you move out, but they dont, they will have some excuse. I dont care if your stock is full, you want someone to take you at your word, which you dont hold to. Dont believe anything unless its in writing, clearly stated in a contract. They also dont answer the phone half the time you call. Very shady business.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. We called late Monday afternoon, its now Thursday early afternoon and we have our fence. The process was easy and efficient. Im not sure why anyone complains about giving their card information over the phone, the company is clearly allowed on post so what are they really going to do with your card info? Also, I feel more comfortable giving my card information rather than my social security number which is what Tri-City requested- along with a stack of paperwork and no information to guide me through their process. I had to call Tri-City three times to even figure out what I needed to do to get my fence installed. It was the third time when I finally received the paperwork that I decided I didnt want to rent through them. They ask for far too much information and no one knows what theyre doing. The gentlemen from One Accord that put up the fence did a wonderful job and they were very professional. I would certainly recommend One Accord to anyone. Theyre not at all rude!

Great fences awesome team and quick.

Not very professional. Set up automatic payments when installed. (During installation no door bell rang didnt even talk to us before installing fence).next month came watching bank account and hadnt seen it come out . Random lady comes to my door claiming to be from one accord and wanting my credit card information it was mid month when she came by and bill is due on the 1st every month . But we received no phone call nor letter In the mail saying that the automatic payments didnt go through . So they charged us a late few without notification. I spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of them . They only have a cell phone and only one man does all the work . He finally calls me at 740 pm and tells me my card was declined . No possible way we are military we get paid on the 1st no matter what . He said he didnt need to contact me and that the bank should have told me it declined it (no banks only do checks ) and told me it wasnt a random lady that showed up at my door it was his wife . ( she wrote my credit card information on a piece of note book paper !) I couldnt take the unprofessional conduct so I asked him to remove the fence . He said he would do it immediately and tried to hang up on me I asked when we can schedule the removal of the fence he just said as soon as possible. Frankly I am surprised they even have customers. I plan to formally write a complaint about this so called business to the housing office no military nor civilian should have to go through this . I tried despite the poor reviews I was patient and nice but it just didnt work out with this business

I have had my fence with them for over a year now and have never had any problems with them. But of course if you dont pay your bills then any company will come after you.

We are using One Accord for 4 years now and love it. There seemed to be a problem every now and then with my card, for no reasons actually, but I needed to provide them with the card numbers again, but Mr. Lee was always nice and even came and apologized for it.

Worst company ever. Its independently run and has horrible customer service. They are very unprofessional and have no problem calling someone a liar. I would definitely NOT recommend this poor excuse for a company. Bad business right here. Who comes to someones house everyday for 5 days, consistently calls your phone for a payment and waits for you at a different location. Oh and Lee only deals with the females. He wouldnt even speak with my husband after I told my husband he creeped me out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.

Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Took over a week to get them to come out and install at their leisure (no phone calls saying why they missed their original date until I called). Was told a bill would be sent out and due the first of each month. Never received a single bill until they started calling saying we were late. I told them that I have no problems paying bills when a company sends me one. They told us they dont do online or automatic payments, so they put themselves in this situation. Ive called them twice and told them the same thing. Today my wife gets a hand written note saying we are 90 days past due and owe a $15 late fee (not true, we paid last month after the same exact thing happened). She told them to come get the fence but we arent paying a late fee. The guy goes off on her about how a commissioned officer should pay their bills then hangs up. I dont care if youre an E-1, an O-10, or Civilian, you dont treat people like this and keep a business. Tell you what, if Vyve didnt send us a bill every month they wouldnt get paid either. He blamed the USPS for not delivering, but we get all our other mail just fine. The only letters we get from them have no stamps, so I guess this guy is running around post putting things in peoples mailboxes. Steer clear of this shady company, their low prices arent worth the hassel.

This Is the worst company I have ever received something from. I called them to get my fence relocated and the put it on the wrong house. So I called them back put in the right spot he said thats the address I gave him. So I said can you just move it to the right address he said yes and never moved it. So I called and said just come pick the fence up and return my fee for moving the fence. The guy told me no he wasnt giving it back because he did move the fence. So I had to call the bank to get my $50 back from him. To everyone out their do not get anything from them. WORST PLACE EVER also its been like two weeks now and he hasnt pick it up yet.

One accord we called beginning of April to cancel our fence he didnt do it using the excuse it will take 7 days and when my husband called him he said I was mad and never told him to cancel ( instigating) now he charged us for the month of May and when we called he never answer or return. We are a military family we sacrficie too much to earn our money to be giving it away for no service. AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESSES

If you want to be lied to, stolen from and would like alittle fraud, then go ahead and get yourself a fence from ONE ACCORD. Dont say I didnt warn You!

Giving these fools 1 star is being nice. The most unprofessional, shady, behind the back company ive experienced in years. They dont even have an official office that you can go into. We had to pay by giving some random employee my credit card info OVER THE PHONE. And then they called us asking us why we were late on a payment... When using this company, make sure you make copies of all paperwork and ask for receipts and confirmation numbers, because they have no problem screwing you over. If you cant find another fencing contractor... BUILD YOUR OWN.

This company I use that term loosely is By far the worst company for fenceing if you live on post do not ever use them. First the guy was nice and respectful just like a business should be. After 5 days of me calling and him saying oh we will be there tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Stop calling me we will get there when we get there. Then comeing to my house and threatened my wife in front of my child. Over a late payment of a day, I will be calling IG and letting them know whats going on I would encourage other military familys to do the same.

They are incredibly unprofessional! How in the world do these people have a 4.1 rating?? That is so misleading!!!!!!!!!!!! Check their reviews...These guys are good at one thing...putting up a fence and taking your money. But their behavior and their business is incredibly unprofessional. We have been customers for over a year now and we usually never have a problem paying on time. As long as you pay them their money...right on the day you owe it...you will think they are right as rain. But a week late and they will be at your door asking for their money, all the time!!. If you call to make a payment arrangement for the following payday...they will charge whatever they want for a late fee. What started as a 30 late fee went to 40 and then up to double without even being a month behind, and without any notice. So they get twice the money. Plus, when they have already spoken to you once by phone or by face to face contact at your door, they will still continue to knock every few days and leave cards telling you that you need to call them, even if you already called them. i answered to find his wife once...two days after my husband made arrangements with her husband to pay on payday (plus their late fee), she wanted me to pay right then and there and i had to tell her my husband has already made arrangements with your husband!! Its harassment, and im not talking 6 to 8 weeks late, im saying this starts at a few days late..after that payday, and will continue every few days until the following payday (usually about a two week period). We are not late every month either because they take it by autodebit out of your account. Some months we are just struggling that bad! I have three kids, and its school supply time. My husband spoke to them once to tell them he couldnt pay until next payday. We got a business card in our door saying that it was a 2nd notice..........what was the first? My husbands phone call? (They dont even send out professional billing statements like a normal business) and then another card four days later saying to call them...and they took our gate without saying anything knowing we have two boxers who ended up running loose. I would not have been so irritated had they called or left a note on that same card he stuck in my door saying that they took the gate so that i didnt let me dogs out. It was vendictive, unprofessional, and flat out harassment. We have been discussing finding a different company for a while now, but after this we definately dont want anything to do with this company! They obviously do not want to keep their long term customers because they do not know how to treat them. At Fort Lewis we had S&S fencing and the guy was so nice and they were so helpful. If I told him we were struggling and asked for an arrangement he wouldnt even ask for a late fee...he would tell me to just pay him 50 on the next due date. He would tell me that I could actually go out 3 months to 75 without any fee or any harassment at all. Just a reminder to pay in the mail. They were always very pleasant and professional. I would not say the same about One Accord.......AT ALL!!!!!! I had my fence with the same company at Fort Lewis for over 2 years.........we wont be keeping our business with One Accord for another month. Go elsewhere! These people should not even be in business!!!By the way, i am pretty sure they are going through and leaving themselves fake reviews...you notice they either get bad reviews or an incredible 5 star review from some random google user!!!!! NO WAY IN HELL a long term customer of theirs would leave a 5 star review. These people are very shady and unethical!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
