Zero consistency with the food. Never know what I’m actually gonna get. Sometimes it’s completely wrong. They need a new chef ASAP.

Not bad I would not tell friend this place was great but its small people like it while I stayed in to eat a nice crowd came in they was pretty fast but it was for coffee nobody sat down to eat they dont know what a bacon egg an cheese on a roll is. all young kids not bad to much for the buck but this is Alaska

Only giving a five star so people can see my review. The customer service is not as great as the Grind. All we get is eye rolls and attitude. Also the coffee tastes rush. So that doesnt taste good either.

Something has changed. Coffee isnt good anymore. I like just drip coffee. Usually decaf. Its been awful the last 3 times and it wasnt like that before. Decaf doesnt have to taste bad. My guess is that its not strong enough.

Its okay, young baristas are inexperienced.

Drip coffee was just ok. The morning staff was one part crabby and one part confusion (hopefully just new employee). The food is good but the building needs a big update - so worn it gives the appearance of being dirty. Heritage’s other locations are better.

Great coffee, food is pretty yummy. However its best on occasion as the food is a bit more pricey ($7 for a precede coffee). Staff is wonderful and talented baristas

Favorite coffee shop in Juneau. Its small time, so dont expect Starbucks style. This place is usually run by high school and college age kids, laid back, and serve good coffee. Nice place to meet with people to hang for a bit.
