Our firm had a last minuet rush order, and Matt was extremely helpful and assured we got what we needed on time. He came in early to warm up the printers so right at 8:00am on a Monday we were able to send our material to print.I highly recommend this shop. They take the time and consideration to work with their customers.

Staff (Joe) was very pleasant on the phone and took the time to check my email PDF to make sure all the ordering details were correct. I felt the customer service was excellent.

Showed up at 4:55 and the store was locked up and empty. The sign said they were open until 5. Went I the next day to get a building permit laminated and was told i had to do it at 3 PM or pay a $10 rush fee. Ridiculous! Had to catch a flight and couldnt wait until 3. Front counter people were definitely not courteous. Went elsewhere.
