My home project was something exciting and a nice distraction to a year of stress then moving on to world of Covid, this quickly changed to more stress and a terrible experience with some rental equipment from another company. I went to Tyler Rental for advise explaining that due to bad situation I was left with stumps, roots-giant mess sitting in my front yard. Everyone at Tyler Rental was extremely kind and went above and beyond getting us the equipment we needed, our small community of Juneau is very lucky to have such a caring, knowledgeable company with such great understanding and customer service.Thank you Tyler Rental/James.

I’ve been using Tyler rentals since they opened there doors in 97...They always treat you like you are their best customer and have unparalleled service. I rented a130 excavator last month and ended up breaking the front glass... sure glad I took them up on the insurance!

They have a nice selection of large and small equipment for rent. Check out their weekend specials, pick it up on Friday afternoon and return it Monday morning.

Juneaus best rental store and one of the best retail stores. I save 3 stars for average, 4 stars for above average and 5 stars for above and beyond. As a homeowner Ive purchased from retail and rented from pneumatic nailers and drain snakes to 11 thousand pound excavators. Ive never been disappointed in the repair condition of the rentals, customer service or experience, including small engine repair. The counter and rental staff are knowledgeable and professional. Some competitors try to undercut by a few bucks, but in my experience its not worth the hassle of returning poorly maintained equipment when youre on a long weekend home project.

Whether phoning-in or visiting in person, every employee I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with has been professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly. Excellent customer service and timely delivery and product support.

These guys were so unfair and dirty in their dealings with me, not only will I not do business with them, but I will not do business with people that do business with them. Anyone that works with a company that is this corrupt must lack standards themselves.Do not go here - they will make your life as difficult as they can (inside and outside of their business dealings with you)
