Ridiculous prices for poor quality furniture. Terrible customer service in sales and management was a complete waste the furniture on the show Room was dirty stained and looked used, that should have been enough to make me leave but to top it off I purchased a mattress that came with bedbugs and I have never ever dealt with bedbugs in my life. I love SE Furniture. Here is how they went above and beyond with customer service....my man Jan had to have shoulder surgery. We were on our vacation in Hawaii. We heard from several people while on our trip that Jan would not be comfortable sleeping lying down for weeks. A recliner was recommended by friends. I reached out to SE furniture while we were on vacation, days before we were to return home. Myrissa sent me photos, we booked a delivery date without yet committing to a purchase. We flew home Saturday, purchased Sunday...it was delivered Monday, Jan had his surgery today Tuesday. Now he is happily rocking in his new recliner... Service is above and beyond. They hauled away our old couch. We could not of pulled this off without them. Delivery and hauling away all within 48 hours. Plus I have my new fabulous octopus wall hanging which I purchased from them. They are 10 stars plus. Amazing customer service all the way around.

We filled the entire house, every room, with furniture from this wonderful store. No particle board here, all solid wood and true quality that is hard to find. The sales staff is amazing, they really listen well and help with every need. A fabulous shopping experience and we will definitely be back.

It was alright. I just wanted to look at the chairs but the salesman followed me around the entire time. Super awkward. Actually, you know what? It was lame. Got some male talking about chairs being $600 off....product was still $2000. Not into it. Maybe if it were sub-$1000
