What an amazing store! So much cooler than some of the tourist-trap stuff thats near the boats. Staff was super friendly, knowledgable, and took the time to answer all our questions. We even got to speak with the owner at length while we were there.Note this is not in the touristy area right off the boats. If you walk a couple minutes up the street towards the Red Dog Saloon, its directly across the street next to a jewelry store.They had real hand-stitched leather rugs, shoes, boots, bags, purses, pillow cases, bedspreads, table runners...all in native designs.love this place, and Juneau in general. So happy we were able to find plenty of locals stuff. Lots of gems if you look around...

Beautiful but pricey merchandise with friendly helpful sales people. I fell in love with a gorgeous leather backpack with moose hide accents which I had to have. Since the tourist season was almost over I was given a generous discount. The Loom is not a run of the mill tourist shop. Items are definitely unique. And merchandise is packed in super cool bags!

High quality products and friendly employees. Not the normal tourist trinket shop. My favorite store in Juneau!
