Ive had issues with a couple small orders (not necessarily even their fault), and they were eager to go above and beyond making things right. Charged us $80 for screws the night before hurricane Matthew hit Fl. Tried charging is $160 saying we should be safe and use twice as many screws for our hurricane panels. (Six 2x3) Windows Totally ripped us off and couldnt care less. We couldnt use the screws and they refused to issue any type of refund saying thats why she put up the sign. No refunds after the hurricane...oh so they just take advantage of young women who say they need help and direction and sell them a bunch of useless screws nuts and bolts that could have done the same job as some $20 Tapcons....Made it seem like we dont know how to use a drill. Totally took advantage of people in a crisis. Shady scam of a business and would NEVER go to them again or advise anyone to. Completely unethical. Ace hardware ended up selling us what we needed for $20 and looked at me crazy when I showed them what these people sold us. Its like when a person goes to a mechanic with a broke down car and they pitch her on buying a new engine. When all they needed was a new battery. feel completely taken advantage of
