Great experience! Ive placed two orders for Triad speakers and theyve both arrived very quickly! One order had a speaker damaged in transit. Dawn was able to facilitate the RMA and get Triad to fix the damage to the outer cabinet. Overall very pleased and will be purchasing again in the future.

Dawn has been most helpful and patient with various questions about Triad speakers at the popular AVS Forum for a few years, so I decided to try out Egret Electronics when I was ready to purchase some Triads for myself, even though I live in Colorado. Everything during the process went smoothly and efficiently. She is as much a joy to work with as a dealer as a member of AVS! I had an unfortunate shipping issue with one of my speakers (Triad drop ships from their Oregon factory), and she promptly took care of it and had another new speaker on its way before Triad even received the damaged one. Above and beyond! If you need home A/V equipment (even if youre not in Florida), I cannot recommend Egret Electronics and Dawn enough!

I hired Egret because they were an authorized Control 4 representative. I found the company very difficult to work with. The owner has very poor listening skills. I believe her business model is to hire day vendors, as, with the exception of one individual, she appeared not to know the people on site. With respect to the work completed, it was sub par, and and had to be reworked. The electrical work was not up to code and I highly doubt the workers on site had valid electrical licenses. There are a lot of quality vendors in this space. My recommendation: Go elsewhere.

I worked with Dawn to select the correct LCR inwall Triad Speakers. She took the time to figure out which speakers would be appropriate and provided helpful advice even on used speakers that she would not benefit from at all. In the end I did buy some speakers from her and the Triads sound great! Excellent InWall speakers and very pleased with the entire transaction.

Dawn even communicated with the experts at Triad to make sure that the speaker models and their placement were optimized for my room. Dawn helped me explore different Triad configurations and even helped me exchange the Inwall surrounds to the Onwall version when I couldnt get the Inwalls to work out. She was there at every step in the process and was patient with my choices. She also walked me through the best projector choice for my room. I am a big DIY guy and Dawn quickly determined how to best assist me and not try and dictate the project. I really appreciated her approach and ability to provide the exact level of service I was looking for.

Egret Electronics installed a Control4 Smart Home system in our Florida home, and we love it. Its wonderful to be able to have all our lights, thermostats and security cameras controllable from anywhere in the world. Egret also replaced our cable TV boxes with a TiVo DVR. We can now watch our TV shows on our iPhones or iPads as well as on regular TVs.Very impressed with the Egret staff. Very professional, always on time, and they made everything so easy to use. We highly recommend this company.
