I love my experience here so much. I called and talked to Carlos about my van driver side strut popping out(omg crazy) he gave me a number to a tow who came quick and took my van to the shop. Once there Carlos did a check of my van then gave me a price he even let Chris(a amazing worker there) take me home which was so nice. I picked up my van and even came back to let them do the passenger side and my parts came with a warranty so when I say satisfaction guaranteed I mean it. This my new Car Doctor spot 🥰

Great shop to do business with. Very far price and also text me pictures of whats going on and kept me up-to-date with the work going on. My family and I are not the type to let someone else work on our cars but my ford flex had a leaking water pump that was run but the timing chain and thats be on our capability so we gave this a shop a try and from the get go I felt comfortable with Carlos and how he explain everything that needed to be done before I even took my ford in. If I need any other work done I will be coming back to this shop again.

We are all on tough times these days. The guy has no heart for ppl or respect all he cares about is money. Tried to pay 3/4 of bill. Need car to work. My friend was disrespect and threaten to call cops. My friend borrowed money to pay for car repairs.Update on review.....So I did speak with owner we were able to work things out. He was able work with us regarding the bill. My friends were able to get back to work. They were very pleased with the owner and even chatted awhile. Even considering bring my car there now.

All I can say is Wow!! My first time being there and they took care of me so well! Firstly, I had a complete flat tire down to the rim and they put my spare on for me. Then I was unable to pick my car back up after the services were completed and they were kind enough to bring my car to me. This company is more like family then just a business. I was loosing air in my rear tire so out of gps I called few firestone places, all backed up and busy, I have called this place which use to be a firestone of justice but its called now CLJ Automotive, I explained the lady on the phone Lianna my situation and she squeezed me in for tire fix, that was very nice, I drove in and tire was done 20 min later, made a appointment next day for oil change as it is much cheaper than any chain oil spots and such charge. Leanna is super nice, great customer service and she makes customers welcome, place is clean, and they provide a good quality work, now this will be my shop to go to ;)

Teenage daughter’s Jeep needed to plug a front tire from a nail. Great service, nice people! Brakes were making a horrible noise on my 2014 Sonata Hybrid. It was pretty busy but they were able to squeeze me in. They told me what needed to be done today, what I would need done in the near future, and gave me a free wheel alignment with my service. I was in and out and back on the road same day! We just moved to Justice, and Im am so happy and excited to find a great mechanic within walking distance. This is one of the best family owned oil change businesses. One being young & two not being so factual on cars, i have never once experienced regret or felt discomfort from Carlos or Lianna. They make sure to inform you and help you understand while maintains a budget and not try to charge you and arm and a leg for something that shouldn’t be that much. I’ve been going here since i got my first car 3 years ago and still till this day with my new car take it to them for any of my service needs.

My car broke down in the morning before having to go to work and Carlos, got my car up and running perfectly before my afternoon shift. I couldnt never express how grateful I am to him and his employees. Not only was everything taken care of in a professional manner, they also treated me like family and took care of my ride home as well as back to the shop to pickup my car up. We 110% recommend this auto shop! We received by far the best service for our vehicle. I enjoy the service provided by the shop. They dont over book, so you dont have to wait for 2 weeks to get your car back. There is no price gouging, and the prices are by far the best I have encountered. I always refer this shop to anyone no matter where they live. I highly (6 stars) recommend CJL Auto. The have worked on all of my familys vehicles from Ford, Chevy, Dodge, my KIA, and my brothers BMW. They have more of a frienly/family environment rather than your typical auto shop. They have excellent skills to fix a multiple of vehicles, they are trust worthy from normal car maintenance to my trying to mimic the sounds my car is making, or my brothers foreign mess of a car!I highly recommend going to Carlos and the crew for fast, reliable service at very reasonable prices. As a woman, it can be difficult I feel sometimes to get fair pricing on auto repairs. I brought my 2012 Dodge Ram to three places to get an estimate for a ignition switch when my husband was away.I wont say the two other local estimates, but I went with CLJ about two months ago and my truck still working great. The work took one day and since they were open until 6pm, I didnt miss work.Its a nice place and there is a lady office manager who was very helpful. Although that shouldnt matter much, going into a auto shop with a bunch of guys can be intimidating for me.It meant a lot.Local Shop #1 Estimate: $895Local Shop #2 Estimate: $1250CLJ: $420( I would have lost my job if I took to Shop #2--since I would not have been able to afford the repair and would not have been able to get to work)Its a shame that some auto repair shops can attempt to charge so much more--for the same exact repair. I now bring all our vehicles here....and we live about 15 miles away: we pass about 10 other shops on our way.5 Stars!

Awesome and trustworthy people at this auto repair shop. Everyone knows how its hard to find those qualities in an auto repair shop. Most try to ripe you off and charge you for repairs you didnt need. Ive had 2 cars at this shop and having somewhat knowledge about cars and having one scanned at autozone, I knew what was wrong with it. This shop and their technicians did not disappoint me or try to lie to me. They told me exactly what the scan revealed to me at autozone. They even went above and beyond by preforming a cleaning to a sensor free of charge because I just couldnt afford it. You will not be disappointed here. Friendly employees. They take the time to explain everything that is wrong with your car, (in plain English), and finally an auto shop that tells you what you really need and what you Really DONT, rather than trying to force you to replace everything under the sun to make a buck. Prices are as good, if not better, than most every shop Ive ever gone to. Not a big name shop, so not gonna charge the big name prices. Definitely my mechanic from now on.

Ill be the first to admit that Im absolutely clueless about cars so when the check engine light came on I decided to take my car to CLJ. Within a day Carlos and Danny were able to figure out what was wrong and were able quickly get in touch with me and tell me what the issues were and cost. The customer service was ON POINT. She is amazingly sweet and called me with any changes. My first time ever having to bring my car to a mechanic and it was worth it.

I went to check them out, my first time to get an oil change and not only was I satisfied with his professionalism I was amazed at the price. This place is the only place I will take my car for anything. All the people that work there are friendly and dont play games. I have a issue with one of my wheels that just causes a noice and if I brought my car to anyone else they would tell me a long reason why I needed to get it done asap because my car will brake. This place doesnt lie to you to get your money they will tell you the truth. They also worked with me when I needed over 2 grand worth of work done and never rushed me when I had a million stupid quetions. So not only are the workers amazing the price is fare and the work is amazing.

I always go to this shop. They are honest and the master mechanic, Dan, has never let me down. He has replaced my tansmission, suspension parts, brakes, and diagnosed electrical problems. He even custom built brackets and installed a 5th wheel gooseneck hitch for my 3/4 ton Ram.

I was referred by family to this place when my power steering belt broke & took out my a/c compressor, the week after Christmas. The owner, Carlos, explains it in lamens terms & said I could fix the power steering part to make it driveable then & fix the a/c closer to summer, when I could save more. The oil change alone was less. They gave me an estimate with a discount & I just got the a/c fixed, but they charged me SIGNIFICANTLY LESS then the original quote. Carlos & his lovely wife Lianne(sp?), who own the place, are very nice & genuine people. Its hard to trust people arent over charging, but I will be a long time customer & refer them to anyone who asks. Theres integrity & pride of ownership in a family owned business here. Thats gotta be worth you trying them out & finding out for yourself.

I give the credit when the credit is due. This time I wont. Claims that he installed OEM parts but the fact is he did not, he buys low cost aftermarket parts but charges you the dealer price x 30%. I even question if he replaced my parts at all.... Just bad business.
