The owner sold.me.a 20 dollar grinder along arriving home I used it once the bottom.fell put I barley go into the neighborhood so the next time I was I had for got it to return it the owner then stated buddy dont worry u can bring it back Ill be happy to exchange it as long as its my product finally I made my way back.with the grinder to exchange it and the owner rudely told me it was from 8 months ago that he can no longer exchange it when its still in perfect condition other then the damage that occurred from the first use if your gonna buy any products such as u should definitely not go.to this store go to sumoke who appreciates their customers and money they are very rude and disrespectful at this location

This is the best shop around. They have plenty of products, plenty of options and they are very compatible with prices. The owner always helps me with any questions or issues i might have.

I once gave this place a good review due to friendly staff and great selection. While this is still the case, the past few months I’ve noticed they make up the prices as they go along and the prices will change depending on who’s behind the counter. This seems shady to me so I will not be going back.

They make up price on the spot. They got nice stuff but prices out the roof. I got the same glass else where for almost half of what they asked there. Shop around.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place rips off their customers and have no remorse after doing it. Stay away if you don’t want to be ripped off.

This shop, is hands down, the best shop around! They have a HUGE selection of products ranging from hookahs, cigars, and tobacco, to pipes and cbd infused products. The owner is very knowledgeable and eduacted on every level of his business. He is honest and straightforward and will not B.S. you. Quality customer service is his main goal and he goes above and beyond to make that happen. I HIGHLY reccomend Tobacconist in Justice. I will not go ANYWHERE else and you shouldn’t either!!!

Moe was very helpful and provided good advice. One of the few places that actually carry the replacement pods w/ the two coils for smok Nord, they also carry the 5 packs of just coils. Most dont carry or open and sell separate for more. Good selection of juice, vape devices(all the top brands, newest models) and 510 cart devices. Definitely will be back.

Representative sold me a product assured me it was good quality and would not break. I made it home took the item out of the bag and sat it on the floor my 2 mo kitten sniffed it and knocked it over... it broken into pieces. I wasn’t home with it 20 minutes and the “high quality” item he sold me was done for. I called and explained to him what happened he was rude to me stating it was a cheap piece after he assured it was good quality. He went as far as hanging up in my face. When I called back and asked why did you hang up on me I haven’t been rude to you I’m just asking what can you help me with he responded I’m having a bad day but I will not do anything for you. If I could provide zero stars I would.
