Signing up for a Public Storage unit can be expensive and for some reason, makes me very uncomfortable. I went to the P.S. location in Justice, Illinois and had a wonderful experience. Crystal is the gal at the front desk and she walked me through everything including but not limited to the mobile app and she also offered me some ideas on how to save a few bucks. All business owners need to understand the value of their employees. I highly recommend using this business because of the personally tailored experience I had here.

I have been a client of this place for years and during the last year the service has been going downhill. I have had problems and have called multiple times and it never gets resolved. There is also a rat problem which is disgusting. A friend of mine who rents there has had their electricity out for months and nothing has been done. My electricity has been out since Sunday night/Monday morning and nothing has been done to fix the issue. No one seems to care past the point of billing you. I want to say for anyone new who is pleased with the service now just wait till you have an issue and no one fixes it for months on end. I only put one star.because i cant put 0 stars.

Ive had my storage there for over 20 yr.s. ive dealt w/different employees threw the yr.s,but Crystal has been my favorite hands down. Thats why im writing this review, shes always so happy, helpful, and so pleasant to deal with. When i drop my payment in the slot, i always ask her to call me to confirm payment, shell call my cell phone & always takes the time to do that. Im a manager myself, & she is a great employee, i hope they appreciate her, like they should,good employees are definately hard to find now a days.

In a day of epidemic fears and worries she is so kind,warm and personable!! She finds what truly works for you and your situation!!! Plus she takes the time to truly listen to your personal story(because we all have one)!! Talking with her is like talking to a best friend who cares, who just happens to have a successful business lol!!! This place is in Justice! Key word justice.... goes a long way in these days!!! So I highly recommend you take your business here. The units are clean and the property is extremely clean as well! But ask for CRYSTAL!!! You will see what I mean!!!

Great location and easy to find. Had really great service. The property manager Crystal was really considerate & thoughtful.Update, when moving out the company wont prorate. When I checked out I was informed of this and I stated what I wanted to pay a different amount less than the monthly charge. The person confirmed the amount I wanted to pay, and said she changed it on her side, but I was charged the full amount.

Came into the facility to ask questions about my unit. WS happy to see Sara was working because I haven’t had much success with the other employees who work there. After assisting me Sara told me about the Public Storage app and even took the time out to show me how to download and set it up. Crystal was AMAZING! I had an issue with my account and went it to the office and she took care of everything really quick. What I loved most was that she didn’t just send me away, she apologized even though it wasn’t her fault and got it taken care!

This was one of the cleanest storage properties Ive ever been to, there isnt any garbage outside and you can tell all of the units have been swept out. The set up is nice too its not difficult to find units and not a far travel to the units. The clientele outside seemed very neat and friendly as well. Paige had great suggestions and was overall very helpful. I would definitely recommend storing here.

I needed to downsize my current unit at a competitors location but due to cost I had to look elsewhere. I remembered someone telling me about this location and stated it was a fair price for what it was. On my first visit (during the weekday afternoon) no one was on site so on a returning trip I was able to meet Shirley and view the site. I first signed up for a unit with Shirley who had a decent rate for the property, though they asked a lot of questions about what I was putting in there and how many boxes (who,what,why). I was able to save some cost by providing my own lock and plastic for the floor. The units arent climate controlled but I have checked with the melting ice and found no leaks so that is a plus. They do have drive up units which make it much easier to unload.Unfortunately I didnt have enough space so I returned and was assisted by Paige who secured a nice drive up unit. She was quick with the set up but unfortunately canceled my registration, so she had set me up with the new unit and corrected everything on Monday being it was a weekend and customer support was already closed. Luckily I was still able to move in that night. The location is easily assessable and mostly surrounded by local businesses. My only complaint would be that on over 6 separate occasions the gate has been wide open. I was told they were off-line and that extreme truck weight can throw off the functions until it resets? Not being a gate tech I could nether confirm nor deny. The property seems fairly well kept up and I believe management lives on site. Aside of the gate issue, its an affordable option to cheaper storage.

The host Shirley was real helpful and patient. I came in undecided on what size unit I needed and she took time and open a few empty units to help me decide what I needed. She also made it possible for me to gain access to the unit within the hours I needed which was the deal sealer. Nice place,and good people.

From the first call with Shirley to her expertise at recommendations and packing supplies she made the entire experience less stressful. The property seems well managed by her and offers a nice secure feeling. I also enjoyed the time she took to be personable as well as professional, as on tired days of moving her kindness was a breath of fresh air. Reserved my unit last night, spoke to Crystal at the facility this morning confirming my apt of 4:30pm and just got a call from her that the unit I reserved is no longer available. The reservation specifically says you have reserved this UNIT and I was told they dont reserve the units. What exactly is the point of reserving the unit if it will just be sold before your appointment. Ridiculous customer service and seems like a complete scam to up their prices to me. Now the same unit is miraculously available for a higher price. Id rather pay more money and have my belongings somewhere trustworthy. If I could leave zero stars I would. Unbelievable.

My mom rented with them and they never would work with her, they were repainting the building and my table got ruined, after the fact she told me oh I can give you a tarp. Went there numerous time with the sign on the door and the worker was 15 minutes past the time and then they have an attitude. Would not store there again

Compare to other public storage locations this one is clean and secure, the gate works well, customer service personnel its cordial and well manner also knowledgeable in storage moving needs, I rarely give 4 stars to any location until they deserved it and this one its one of them.
