I have been to a lot of dispensaries and this is the worse by far. They have no competition, know it, and are hugely taking advantage of that. The staff is iffy some were cool but some had a bad attitude. the prices are crazy, the product average, some even pretty good, but not even worth the price. When I went in a while back their old flower was 10% off. It should have been free. It was so bad I threw it out. No deals for the community during this difficult time either from this local business. SAD.

Best dispensary in Hawaii--maybe in the country. Ive been to medical dispensaries in CA, AZ, OR, CO and HI. No other dispensary comes close to this one. The facility is beautiful, comfortable and always spotlessly clean, staff is highly educated, very welcoming and helpful. You rarely experience hospitality of this caliber even at a resort. Prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

I have been a customer at MGT for over 2 years. I have been a very consistent reliable customer. I have seen 3 managers there during my time. The current management is nearly impossible to deal with. They are inconsistent, and unable to provide me accurate information on product availability. Many times I have been told products are not in stock when they are. Cartrides are often only 70% full, even though they charge top dollar and are not exchangeable. Extremely unprofessional to say the least.

The text messages make it an easy reminder if you’re getting low 🤣 My favorite is the points system they set up. If you are a consistent consumer, you could save good amount of $. Im giving a two star review (as I think one wouldve been too harsh and they definitely dont deserve more). Although it has NOTHING to do with quality, The prices are CRAZY !!! ..I know a lot of work went into establishing themselves and creating a market here, however the deals/sales they have are inconsistent, no rhyme or reason and they seem to be getting worse as people catch on (like some flowers went from 25% down to 15 with their weekly sales (also it seems that they move their daily deals around so its more sporadic now so some clientele arent sure what & when anything will be on sale, because thats the ONLY time Worth coming in.. personally have a lot of experience with both recreational and medicinal, and usually medical is more reasonable in pricing (NOT THIS PLACE (you will pay upwards of $25 a gram AND near $90 for a 1/8th oz .. For people that deal w/ this for pain and anxiety and other issues, its NOT FAIR !!!!!!! ..

I see that because the products that they have besides flowers Im not for everybody. The staff is great! I dont know if they have input on products that they sell but if they do they need to really listen to serve the clients or other 329 card holders. Absolutely terrible! Ive had 2 different appointments and they cancel both time. This is supposed to be for patients to get their medication yet they keep turning people away. Didnt think medical facilities could do that. This company needs to get it together and get more organized or they need to have more that just small amounts on hand. My advice find a street vendor at least they wont turn you away in a time of need.
