We recently purchased furniture from Pacific Home Furniture in Maui to furnish our newly built beach home. Since we don’t live on the island, I didn’t want to shop on line but since we can’t travel, there was no other option. Allison was amazing to work with. She asked a lot of questions and listened to my wishes. Her expertise as a designer assisted me in my furniture choices. Pacific Home has an excellent website. It was easy to view the furniture collections.I would highly recommend Pacific Home Furniture Maui and Allison.

My husband and I just purchased a sleeper sofa at Pacific Home. We are delighted with it and with their customer service! Before making our purchase we were aware that our 2nd floor condo would present a significant problem of getting this large piece inside. It had to be lifted over the lanai railing rather than fitting through the front door. Allison was so helpful in connecting us with capable delivery people who were up to the challenge. I would highly recommend Pacific Home and Allison.

Pacific Home is my go to place for furniture on Maui. Allison is always so helpful and patient when I visit the store, she offers great advice for picking pieces that are beautiful yet practical. My husband and I have purchased furniture for several of our rental homes and our personal residence. The furniture is good quality and looks great!

This was our first and last purchase from Pacific Home Maui. We ordered a bedframe and two nightstands. We understand things take longer to get on Maui, but it took a little over 4 months. Our sales rep did tell us upfront that it could take 4 months, so our expectations were set. We also understand most stores on Maui will wait until their shipping container is full to reduce cost, so maybe that contributed to the 4 month delivery window. Our furniture was ready for delivery, but they forgot the headboard in Oahu. We had to wait a little longer. The day of delivery, the delivery guys told me one nightstand had some damage. Now we’re waiting to see how long this will take. One of my biggest frustrations is not one time has either salesperson asked “what can we do to make this right?” Maybe you’ll have better luck with your purchase.

Waited to be helped for a media table, desk and rug I was interested in. Lady stayed on the phone even though in was at the counter obviously wanting some info of assistance. I guess they just didnt care for my business😀
