I would give a 0 star if it was an option I called to ask a question and the girl I talk gave me a bad attitude

Absolutely terrible staff, took over 30 minutes to speak to me and were no help. Would not recommend. Heather and Nikki or Nicole were congratulating one another on getting individuals in for appointments. I guess that’s more important than helping some one out with a torn a contact and customer service. Gross.

Dc Lion is the MOST professional eye dc in Maui. I have rare eye disease and he helped me so much! Thanks to him I see better then ever!

The absolute worst customer service of anywhere Ive shopped on Maui. Lunch hours vary anywhere from 1pm to 4, ridiculous.... if I could leave 0 stars I would. I had 2 different pairs of glasses made at 2 different times and both were made wrong!! Dont waste your time!
