This beautiful place is literally a beacon of light, but also metaphorically so. I spent hours on the internet researching a lighting problem and got nowhere. Jessica could tell the make of my light by a mere picture, and solved the problem in just a couple of minutes, while giving me a better education than anything I found on google...and Im very good at googling. I wish I had gone here first because assuming I was alone in my struggle. I cant remember the last time I was served this well.

Super awesome customer service! I am a pain-in-the-butt bargain shopper, and I ran Jessica ragged running from one end of the store to the other hunting for just the right lighting. Not only was she patient and gracious, but full of information and tips for do it myself installation. Two weeks later when I returned with additional questions about the awesome bargains I had purchased, everyone was attentive, prompt, and helpful. Finally, when I had an issue that no one else could solve, it was Jessica to my rescue! Mahalo Jessica! I cant wait to shop with you again!
