Tammy is the best. No pressure, no stress, easy seamless transaction. Tammy listened to what I wanted, provided product, warranty, payment and finance options . She gave me the space and time to go home and digest information calling as promised on the day she stated to follow up and see how I was feeling. She is amazing- I will recommend her to everyone!!!

Just gone in today at our nearby Slumber World in Kahului, we went in to look for a new mattress. We was met by Liz she was so nice, and then met others (2) ALL was so helpful and informative. As to Let us try out mattresses yes it took time to figure out which one to choose from. We finally chose one place an order as the one we chose was not in their store, so it will come in a few weeks from Oahu and there are warranty to TRY it out for a few first months as if we are not truly satisfied with the feel we can exchange it which is wonderful as it an expensive purchase but hopefully we don’t have too do that

Toni was great. She greeted us when we walked in and let us go and check things out. When we needed help she was there. We bought a couch while we were there and she was very thorough. All in all it was a good experience!

I’ve been shopping at this store since we bought our first island home in 2017. Toni is amazing - always prepared, knowledgeable and helpful. We have found just what we need here. We love their Asian furniture and accessories collections.

Tami is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately her hands were tied when her supervisor refused to allow her to sell us one chair from the display since only three were available in the warehouse and with Thanksgiving right around the corner i needed four chairs. Not very Akamai with customer service! Guess I’ll buy my new leather living room furniture somewhere else.

The 5 star rating is for the Maui store and specifically Tami. I loved your customer service! I waited for over 1 month for my bed frame that I ordered on Oahu feim Aiea, and then I was told that I have to wait another month. I verbalized my frustration but nobody helped me. I noticed that the exact bed frame was at the Maui store. All it took was one phone call to the Maui store and Tami handled everything. The bed frame will be shipped out on Monday and arrive to me on Thursday. Tami, you are awesome! Thank you for thinking outside the box and getting me the item I ordered quicker! Maile

Easiest, stress free shopping for a bed ever! At no point did we feel we were pressured into buying something we werent 100% on board with. Lawrence was great and walked us through every option for our bed, headboard, and frame. It was a great time instead of being awkward and weird like we thought it would be. Absolutely blown away.

I needed a new mattress for our rental condo. I knew what mattress I wanted and saw that Slumberworld had a black Friday sale. I contacted them via the internet and Jubilee was extremely helpful in getting me the mattress I wanted at a good price with delivery and disposal of our old mattress. The mattress was delivered when she promised and we love it.

We’ve been a loyal customer of Home World for about 5 years since we moved to Hawaii from the mainland. They have excellent customer service and always have furniture starting from the mid-range price to the high-end and from retro styles and designs to contemporary and modern pieces. We came to the Maui location and Tami helped us with making our decision regarding several pieces we purchased including an L shaped lanai outdoor furniture which is not only functional, but also gorgeous and comfortable. We never feel pressured to buy anything in this store and that’s why we always keep coming back to them after doing much of our own research about any of the pieces we want and after the information we receive from any of the seasoned and knowledgeable sales associates at the store. I am new to the island and needed to buy a bed for my new apartment. I worked with Lawrence at Slumber World. He was very professional and extremely helpful. I havent bought a mattress in over 20 years so I wasnt really sure what I needed. He took the time to do a rest test and then proceeded to show me different options that matched my results. He asked pertinent questions and was extremely patient while I was making my decision. Once Lawrence was told which platform bed I ordered at Home World, he went out of his way to measure all the moveable parts so that I would have a seemless fit. I found him to be very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I feel that Lawrence is an asset to the company and would highly recommend him and Slumber World. Keep up the great work!

Customer service is outstanding. Tami from the Maui store helped select a sleeper sofa. When the sofa was delivered by the stores workers, we opened it up and found that the mattress had been damaged in transit. After work the next day, Tami, with the help of her husband, delivered a replacement mattress.

Another wonderful purchase from Homeworld. Ive bought furniture from them many times in the past, for both my home and rental property. They always go out of their way to make sure Im pleased with what Im purchasing and this time went the extra mile with a really tight delivery schedule. Very friendly staff and accommodating. The selection and display of furniture was very nice, and picking up the furniture from their warehouse was expedient .

NO COSTUMER SERVICE. Staff was not friendly at all. We walked around for 20-30 mins, there were about 10 employees working and they were all just sitting on the couches we were trying to look at. No help offered.And to top it off my mom cut her hand on the door on the way out. When we were examining the door to see where she cut herself the manager asked with adittude can I help you? I dont know how they sell anything. They are rude as hell and werent even trying to sell me on anyhing.

The young man was very good and provided us with a replacement mattress protector that failed. Thanks to him, we did not have to wait a very long time for a new one.

It was easy to decide on the type of bed with a knowledgeable salesperson.

Recently we purchased a leather nice recliner sofa with robotic controls for reclining, A few weeks ago the cushioned backrest started to sag and dimple where a persons back was and the right seat cushion even though Homeworld crew came out to check for structural problems, there were none, the sofa appeared sunken. Homeworld began working with us with our Complete satisfaction. We traded in for 2 better grade robotic controls recliner overstuffed chairs and again bought the warranty service protection on the two new chairs. Homeworld, my husband and I are truly grateful and we are planning to purchase an upscale king bed at Homeworld soon. Sincerely, Barbara
