I reserved a 5 x 10 ground storage space in September to start on November 1st. 2 weeks before the starting date, I went by to confirm my reservation and see the unit.When I went today (November 1st) to put a lock on the unit, I was told that the unit that I reserved was no longer available and that someone must have rented it out. They told me that I could get a larger unit or a unit 1 level up, but there werent any more ground units.The problem with the upper level is there is a flight of steps, no elevator access, that we would have to carry our heavy gym equipment up and down.The other choice was to rent another unit that is double the size and double the cost.I dont understand how a business can operate this way. Had I showed up today with a moving truck, it would have been a bigger problem than it already is.Now I am having to scramble around to look for another storage facility with immediate availability.I would not recommend this dishonest and disorganized storage facility to anyone. Even making a reservation with a credit card to hold the unit 2 months ahead of renting, didnt make a difference. I guess a contract has no meaning to them.

We relocated from Denver, CO to Maui and used U-Haul to ship a pod. We started working with Aubrey when it was handed off from the mainland. She is absolutely terrific. She kept us well informed and delivered our pod quickly. She was a blast to take to with her great energy and aloha spirit. Would highly recommend connecting with her to help with your moving needs. Ive visited this uhaul location twice. Today was my second visit. Glen displayed an honorable human rights ideology. I needed to use a bathroom and almost all the bathrooms within 3 miles are locked or for private use only.Glen let me use his employees only facility.Thank you for being kind. Ive never rented a uhaul but the facility including the restroom is both clean and cold.

Dishonest practice, Expensive and Unfriendly Staff!I stopped by here yesterday to rent a truck. Paperwork done with a big white older guy. Cordial guy but he charges expensive at 89 cents a mile after their 19.95 intown pricing. This guy had me sign a contract stating what the mileage and gas tank level was at. Odometer was off. Gas was really not at the 3/4 level. I was in a rush so I thought I could bring it up at return. The Fold truck ( BP 1614) stunk like someone had smoked in it and flat bed was wet ( hot sunny day, no rain).5 hours later at 4:30 pm or so I come back and return the truck back with a young gal wearing a green polo that says General Manager, I think her name is Kayci.I brought up that the odometer did not match my contract and the gas was less. She only adjusted the mileage.Rude and unfriendly behavior really began when I asked to use the customer restroom if they had one, I was directed to the back by Kayci.I saw another staff member cleaning, she was a fat local gal. She eventually noticed me standing there keeping my 6 feet distance from the restroom and asked if I needed help. I kindly replied with a “ smile” telling her that I was waiting for the restroom but there is “ no rush”. She turns around and I keep there standing, then she comes back very unfriendly and says that she “ just started “ cleaning. I replied again that I am not in a rush but I have no where else to go and pee. Told her to take her time. She storms out of the bathroom visibly annoyed, mumbling something and goes to the front counter ( most likely to ask the other gals if I am even a “ customer “) .She comes back shortly and looks at me and curtly says :” Go ahead use it”. I did but felt that offended that she would have such an attitude. I was never pushy, I never asked her to rush or when she would be done, etc. I was total chill but this gal was nasty!*Compare odometer and gas level, make sure truck is cleaned for you and good luck in getting better service that I did*

Pretty high prices staff are all very friendly except one larger lady there she has zero customer service skills so if you see her wait for someone else she looks like she could pick you up and body slam you if she wanted to lol watch out

They store stuff and have trucks. They are friendly. My only concern is that they now charge $167 for a space barely as big as my bathroom, which is smaller than the units previously offered $67 cheaper.That said, they own the market, so...

I Rented a Cargo van fro this location for a week. All staff members where friendly and accommodating. The vehicle was very clean and ran perfectly. Out of the staff Marcie the general manager and Robert stand out. Simply for the fact that I left a personal item in one of there vans and they went above and beyond helping me get the item back. Thanks again Uhaul team.
