Great people, helpful, nice and friendly. I went in with out a clue as to what I wanted to play. Just knew that I wanted something different. So the worker asked me what kind of game style/play that I enjoy or was looking for and she helped me. I walked out with State of decay 2 and mirrors edge 2. Both games are fun and have kept me entertained. The workers know what there talking about as well as do a good job of promoting games that are coming out soon.

Customer service is great. I found a game that had an on Sale sticker which was a $10 difference from its original price. Although the game was supposed to be at normal price an employee honored the deal and sold it to me with the sale price. He didnt try to argue the original price. Highly recommend.

Best GameStop on the island. Period. Been going there since they opened. Manager has been there all along, know most by name after a visit or two. Always friendly and tries to get get you what you want, not just push product.

Decent people that are helpful. Games sell themselves, so theres not much to comment on besides good customer service. The layout can get kinda messy though.

Me And my husband went in to trade some games and preorder a game and the associate her name was Natalia I’m pretty sure! (She wears glasses) she helped us out today and she’s definitely my favorite associate there! She’s super nice and helpful and we spent extras tome there just talkin to her since it wasn’t too busy. But every associate there is super nice and they have a good set up!

The store opens at 9, I came here at 9:15 and there was a cardboard sign that said will be back in 10-15 minutes up. 15 minutes after they opened. If that was the only problem, I would have given a 2 star rating, but it has been longer that 15 minutes, so that sign is a lie. Not very impressive.Edit: I should also note that this is probably the thrid time I have had this happen.2nd edit: staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great staff who are knowledgeable. Wide-variety of products for gamers. Tier 1 deals if you like flipping used hardware, games, and accesories.

The Game Stop at the Marine Corps Base Hawaii is the best, as far as availability of games and accessories and the courtesy and professionalism extended to their customers.
