I have suffered with poor hearing since high school due to what was believed as a side effect of playing football. For years I adapted to my condition and always placed myself as close to speakers in meetings as I could.That did not always work as I found that often I missed critical information. I was diagnosed with severe hearing loss so tried to work with a local company that helped but I was still challenged.A few years back I tried a local Beltone outlet and met a Jason Yogi who really helped me to achieve strong strides forward in improving my hearing. He has introduced equipment to me that have met my needs in business and socially. I can now attend church and actually hear the sermon. He forces me to drop in every 3 months for a quick check up and cleaning to keep my equipment working properly.I feel very fortunate to have tried Beltone and meeting Jason who has helped me to hear a new world!

The facility was clean and professional. Staff greeted me with a smile and introduction. Plan and purpose of each aspect of testing was explained clearly at each phase. When issues developed with my insurer’s (UHC) incompetent handling of test results the staff went out of their way to help get the insurer back on track. Thank you.

Its a very convenient location and the personal are very friendly and they do one on one. When you have a problem, they willingly to help fix the situations right away and not wait for an appointment. Very easy understanding and are willingly to listen to what you have to say and work with you.
