The staff here is always super helpful! Love having a convenient storage right in Kailua. Ive had to have them fix my door and they did it right away.

The workers are great! Been there since the early nineties. Youll meet all kinds of people who are storing all kinds of stuff. Almost like a big ohana or a big box of chocolates. Security is good. Theyll know youre there before you do!

I dont see how this business has high marks on their reviews. This is NOT A SAFE PLACE to keep your things. I was robbed by an employee V Long hair pony tail guy, and the manager Brian. They were the only 2 people who knew what I had in there. They both asked me what I had in there. Over time they stole $30k worth of my collectable treasures. They should be shut down. They are stiff liars and thieves! Beware! The friendly are not really your friend. They know how to get your locks open.

Lots of different sizes no hassle can access anytime

I have been renting a mailbox and storage locker for almost 6 years and have been pleased with the service. If and when there is a discrepancy, I believe the staff is more than fair. I only wish they would extend their hours to 8am to 8pm.

This is the only storage facility in Kailua. The staff is helpful and friendly. Locker prices are a bit high but the next closest facility is about 5 miles away. Only wish they are open later.

Let me start of by saying there arent many businesses nowadays that display authentic friendly service. This company absolutely does and they have always exceed my expectations - They really do go above and beyond! Ive had a personal mailbox here for the last 6 years. The company I work for has used them for much longer both as a mailbox and storage facility. I always call and ask if I have recieved any goodies in the mail, more than I should actually. But they always make me feel comfortable by happily checking even when they are busy. They have helped load my car and have even brought out mail to me knowing that I just gave birth. They dont have to do that but they do because they care about their customers. They also make sure our company is taken care of. When our staff picks up our mail they verify with us and ask them for identification. I feel comfortable knowing that even though they know our employees by face they respect us and look out for us and our own customers by confirming the pick up always. It is always a joy stopping in and saying hi. Dina, Brian and Vitale treat us like family. When Im there Im always impressed at the level of service they display to other customers (I thought it was just me that was special but no haha) They truly care about everyone. Thank you for always taking care of me and the company I work for. I havent needed a mailbox for the last 4 years but because you guys are so fantastic I actually want to give you my business and you make my life easier. Thank you!

5 Stars for their reasonable prices, and mail box services, they may not have an elevator or air conditioning, but not everyone needs that. If you need a secure storage at a reasonable price here they are!

This place is very clean and its very reasonable and safe and you can go down and put your things in it when you pay for it your own stuffs that you dont need right now cause your appartment dont have that much space in it so thats why your getting a storage .
