Ive been a client for over two years and have only received 5 star know your name treatment at this location. Ive been a member of UPS centers in the past and never was treated this nicely. Great place! Loyal customer here.

Excellent service with friendly and efficient staff. They helped me pack up my treats to send to my family in the mainland. Made the process so easy. I will definitely be going back to use them for all my holiday shipping.

Had a horrible experience there today. Some of the staff I interacted with in the past there is outstanding but the manager should not be interacting with customers. I came in for a simple shipment involving batteries. Not sure why she got involved and insisted to make all steps involved cringy, uncomfortable and cold blooded. In the end they accepted and shipped the shipment. Yes there was no problem in the first place and was aware I needed to pay for the battery surcharge! She brought back memories of all the nightmarish bosses you can imagine. I really feel sorry for the staff that have to report to her. I definitely won’t return to this store!

Not sure of all the bad reviews but I’m a repeat returner to Amazon and the guys working here are the best!! I only know Darius, Ethan, and Derek and they are always so wonderful when I walk in the door with my piles of packages.

Friendly,knowledgeable staff. Although there during non busy hours, I am in and out for shipping quickly (< 1min) including receipt.

They are expensive but they help.

Always so fast and helpful for returns! While I prefer FedEx and USPS for shipping costs, this location has always been speedy, kind, and taking COVID safety seriously.

The guy who provided service to me was great, super on top of things, helpful, provided tips, great for amazon returns. Will continue to use this place now that ive done a few returns here.

It is time that this store hires someone to train the staff what good customer service is. Neither can the staff respond kindly to a friendly hello nor are they interested in helping you. Every question you ask seems to be a burden to the staff. I hope that the owner knows hes losing business with the way their staff is responding to customers. Today was the last time I do business at this place.

In and out in minutes. Darius was super helpful. Im not well versed in shipping things, but he made it easy with excellent recommendations to accomplish what I needed.

Do not go here if you are military. I had two forms of ID (including military ID that had my husbands name AND my name on it) and they wouldn’t let me pick it up because my husbands name is on the package. Completely unhelpful. UPS needs to reconsider their policy on this issue to accommodate for the fact that military personnel and spouses may not have the state ID of the state they are living in.

This is the last time that I do business at this location.I go in try to get a basic print done and an associate by the name Darin gives me an attitude while Im placing my order.wasnt called for.Best get some customer service reps in there to train this one in particular.or youll be losing more business.Nobody, especially a paying repeating customer deserves to be treated with disrespect!

One attempt to deliver small items that could have been left on doorstep, and WERE requested to leave on doorstep. Instead, I have to travel to the store to pick up and sign for small package that was NOT listed as as something that needed to be signed for. I would choose USPS over UPS. (People at the store were ok, but having to provide ID for some ornaments that should have been left 5 days ago, smh). Thank you United States Postal Service. Get better UPS.

If there was an award for most hostile staff in town, this place would definitely come in first. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service before. I came in earlier today and was verbally harassed by two staff members. Stay away from this place!

Rude manager. Very poor customer service. She looked like she hates customers. And on top of that a $2 dollar computer use fee to print two B&W documents, when I wasnt even advise of the $2 computer fee. Printing procedures at this location do not follow privacy standard procedure. They want you to send them an email with what you need printed or copied out or pay the mysterious $2 computer fee. Im driving to the other side of the mountain next time.

Of course you pay for convenience, however this employee team is very helpful. I needed some documents notarized, and they were on it! Very helpful and kind. The prices are UPS prices which are high, but when you need help at the later hour they are there.

Why does it feel that every single staff member at this place seems to hate their customers?! They dont care to greet you. I had a question and the manager just snapped at me. Horrible experience!

They charge a $2 “computer use fee” to pull up a document on their computer, plus 30 cents per page to print. So the minimum price to print a single sheet of black and white is $2.33! I have never experienced this at any other UPS store. I won’t come here again.

Worst customer service ever. Been there a couple of times and the staff has been extremely unfriendly. Never experienced such hostility.

I recently opened a mailbox at this store and will close it. I refuse to do business with a store that treats their customers like trash.

An absolute rip off. A minimum of $2 to print from their PC off a thumb drive and no counter services for printing at all. Im sure the employees hear about it all the time, but they arent in the least bit apologetic - theyre defensive.I went to a shop about four blocks away, plugged in my usb, and was out the door for pocket change.

Dont follow the hours of operation. They close and open when they like. 6pm rubbish, easy 10 minutes till. Bad business, UPS should look better not worst.

Brandon is a total rock star! I rushed in there to mail my tax return that I thought I missed and he helped me out big time! Great customer service!

$3 charge for clear tape because anything other than clear tape is not acceptable. FYI, you can buy a new roll of tape for the same amount. What a joke.

Customer service leaves you wanting more, the manager at this location is very rude and if it wasnt close I would go someplace else.
