The car salesman Blaine seemed honest and helpful. I would recommend him as a salesman. The problem was the finance guy. He was very misleading about our options, made it seem as if the only options included warranties and extra insurance. Once we realized how we had been mislead, we went back and got a new contract.He brushed off our questions and in retrospect its clear to me he didnt prioritize our interest and just cared about maximizing the dealerships profit. I believe we also got a bad deal on the interest rate for the loan, again he was trying to maximize profit. I admit that this is partly my fault. I shouldve been more careful and done more research. And of course, a business must make profit. But good businesses make profits in honest ways and act with integrity towards their customers.Good car salesman, bad finance guy.

This particular Toyota dealership is the absolute best I have ever been to. I have visited them all over the country and this one is hands down the nicest. Being partners with Jaguar doesnt hurt either. The waiting room is beautiful, always stocked with snacks, water, coffee, etc. The staff is so nice! You really feel welcome here. 10/10 completely recommend!!!

I ordered a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid earlier this year. Due to supply chain issues, delivery was delayed. Alex McNett took care of everything and kept me informed on status of delivery. One of the options I wanted, a trailer hitch, was not available from the factory. Alex made arrangements to get one installed and provided a loaner vehicle. When the RAV4 arrived, it was completely detailed and had a full tank of gas. I have taken my 2 Toyota’s to Metro Toyota for over 10 years now. They have always provided excellent warranty work and service. They have never tried to up sell me on services that were not necessary.

Amidst the pandemic supply constraints, every other Toyota dealer I spoke with was asking ridiculous fees and markups on trucks, but through Adam at Metro Toyota was able to order the exact Tacoma I wanted, at a fair price, and it was delivered a month early.Finance was excellent as well, instead of throwing out a standard rate, they ensured I got the best possible rate and I was able to get in and out in record time.Really appreciate respecting my time (and of course, money), I would gladly come back and recommend to other buyers.Thanks again Adam!

The dealership has always been nice. However the service organization uses a public facing website for appointments that looks like it was started but never finished by a 10 year old. Essentially unusable to book or modify appoints online.Almost like they want you to call and speak to someone rather than use the internet.

With no inventories on the lot service is their main source of income.Last service was the worst weve ever experienced.People at their stations avoiding eye contact and pretending that their busy.Finally had to ask what time they opened before someone noticed, after pulling my vehicle in and waiting on them.Service is why you buy from a selected dealer, go elsewhere if your buying toyota.

Dont buy a car from Blane, he will talk you into a warranty that covers nothing. Horrible experience I would highly recommend never buying a car from this place. Classic sleazy car salesman.

I had a wonderful experience at Metro Toyota and their salesperson Adam L. Generally not a fan of car dealerships and aggressive sales people, but this experience was actually pleasant. I shopped and researched for about a month before buying a Tacoma. When I say research I mean very thorough work. Adam was wonderful; patient, flexible, and very accommodating. I highly recommend you ask for him by name. For example, I chose not to get the rust proofing through the dealership (via Great Lakes Chemical ) at the time of the purchase. After researching I amazingly discovered the rust proofing through the dealership fit my needs better and was actually cheaper. So, several days after the purchase I contacted Adam and asked him if I could still use the dealerships offer. Adam agreed, and he even gave me a brand new car as a loaner for the 7 hour detailing procedure (all in the same day). I really can not say enough good things about my experience with both Metro and Adam. One last thought: this is the first vehicle I have purchased not from the big 3. Surprisingly Toyota Tacoma is built in Texas, with more US parts than any other vehicle. I bought the Tacoma over its inventively equivalent priced Silverado (with my son-in-laws GM Executive Purchase Incentive), and I am thrilled.

Great people to buy a car from!

Last week, I had trouble getting gas into my tank. It overflowed all over the outside. They told me to bring it in and leave it over night. The next day they charged me over $130 to tell me it is a safety mechanism on the newer cars. If you touch a button by the opening, it closes up the top . To open it, all you need to do is push the release on the inside. Shouldn’t their mechanics know that about Toyota’s? I don’t have a clue what he did to deserve $130 plus!Since that experience I have received a phone call from a representative of Toyota, who was extremely thoughtful and listened to my understanding of what happened.Long story short, cars like mine now have an additional piece that prevent my experience from happening again. My gas won’t flow down side of car. Toyota is going to order that piece for my car and install it at their expense.I appreciate that.I also wish I had spoken up when I picked my car up about what I thought. But, my mind doesn’t react that fast. I needed to think about it fo awhile to know what I wanted to say.Thank you Ivan for listening to me.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. I went to Metro Toyota because I saw the Highlander Platinum on their website. When I arrived I was greated by Alex and I told him what car I was considering. He pulled up the Highlander (which only had 2 miles on it) and spent the next 15 minutes walking me through every option and feature on this vehicle (which is a ton). After a short test drive I knew I loved the car, but now came the time to talk pricing. Alex asked me what price I needed to get the deal done without being pushy. I told him to go to his manager (Zeb Olsen) and see what was the best they could do. When he came back 5 minutes later I was more than pleased with how fair of a price they were offering, so I signed the deal. No back and forth haggling and the financing went smooth with Cory. Cory even took the time to call around to find me a 1.49 interest rate loan! I came back the next day to pick up my beautifully detailed vehicle (which is not easy to do on a black car). I could go on and on about how well I was treated and the time all of these guys took to answer my questions, correct any concerns, and truly value me as a person and customer. Thank you all.

Great Experience. Started looking for a vehicle back in the summer. He did a great job of highlighting the positive features of the Highlander without trashing the competing vehicles I was considering. I live north of Chicago and found a used car online at Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo. Upon dealing with their inviting staff online, I set up to drive out and pick up the car on a weekend. The car, not being a Toyota, was not finished in time at another dealership that was going through checking out the car before a sale.Upon receiving the car, Metro Toyota noticed a cut in one of the tires and ended up ordering a whole new set of tires direct from California. Their salesman Ryan St. Claire and the staff went above and beyond to check in with me frequently and set up trailered delivery, along with 4 new tires at no cost due to the other dealerships mistake.The personal care they showed throughout the whole purchase process is nothing that I have ever received from a dealership. I highly recommend Metro Toyota for any automotive purchase or maintenance.

This is the second time I have leased a new Toyota Camry from Tim Robertson. He’s upfront about all of my options and gives it his all to make sure I get my final car choice. I live approximately an hour away, and was emailing/speaking with their sales rep. I made an offer for the vehicle I want, but they wouldnt accept, decline, or counter on that offer unless I was willing to give them a non refundable deposit, or drive the hour to talk in person.First time Ive ever made an offer to purchase a vehicle and not at least received a rejection from it. Would not recommend.

I went in to get the facts on a new Tundra. I was greater by Dean and another customer. He finished with the other customer and came straight back to me. Dean had to answers to all of my questions and was very nice. When Im ready to buy I will be back. Thank you Dean!

Walked in, walked around their showroom for over 5 minutes interested in, preapproved for, and looking at buying $50,000 vehicles. Despite having a secretary behind the counter and multuple salespeople walking around, no one greeted me. Im taking my money elsewhere

I’m so thankful to have found Tim. I’m a “senior citizen “, and wasn’t sure if I wanted to lease again or purchase a Pre-Owned vehicle. Tim took the time to explain all the pros and cons. When it came time to deliver my beautiful red Highlander, Tim took an hour explaining the new technology. I drove away feeling like I had made a new friend.

Today, I bought the car I’ve been wanting for YEARS! I bought my first Toyota Prius. Not only is this car an amazingly smooth and fun ride, but Metro Toyota was a fantastic dealership to work with. Love Metro. They are one of the best dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Ive bought two Toyotas through them in the last couple years. Trade-in process was quick, painless, and fair. I always walk into a dealership with my mind made up on what I want anyway, but Ive never had a problem with them pushing a bunch of extra stuff on me, and they always give me space to make my decisions. Their service center is great too. Never had an issue bringing in my vehicle for routine services, and never get nickle and dimed for unnecessary extras. All and all a solid place to buy a Toyota.

My battery died on my 2016 Toyota PriusAnd I was able to get it replaced here at a reasonable cost. Also since my car was in I decided to replace my tires. I got a good deal on a set of Michelin defendersT+H Tires. As an essential worker I appreciate them trying to help me out regarding cost.I have been bringing both my cars to the dealer for service since I got them. Overall I am satisfied however there have been some hiccups ( due to simple carelessness in service) but they have been proactive in making it right.

My wife and I had a tree fall on our vehicle and needed another car. We called up and spoke to Tralin Richardson on the phone about what we were looking for. We made an appt and when we arrived he had some option already pulled up and ready to preview. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very helpful directing us to a car that would fit our family’s needs.We ended up deciding on car a few days later after we test drove them and read more reviews and the Highlander he directed us towards couldnt have made us more happy. Brought my Lexus in for some work and everyone working was super helpful. Made my appointment online, which is great, and when I arrived I was greeted and looked at immediately. Had to sit for awhile in the waiting room, understandably, but they provided little snacks and drinks while I waited. Problem was discovered, was given a rental car for the night, and initially it was going to take several days to fix but got a call the following day it was done! Will definitely bring my car back if need be.

Tim Robertson, my salesperson, told me that they did have a Prius with all of the features (and more) that I wanted. Because I live between 60 and 70 miles away, I made an appointment to see the vehicle. After I arrived at the dealership, I spoke with Tim and then took the car for a test drive. I really liked the car and told Tim I would take it. I thought I would have to return in a couple of days to get it. I was surprised and happy that I could drive her home that night. I love my new Prius, but I will also admit that I have loved all three of my previous Priuses! Again, I am equally impressed by the Metro Toyota dealership in Kalamazoo and my salesperson, Tim Robertson, and I happily recommend both when you are looking for a vehicle!
