Got in a fender bender and was recommended this shop by my insurance. Had a great experience! Finished my repairs a day early and my vehicle was in better shape than before the accident. I went here on a recommendation from a local dealership that no longer does auto body repair. The quality of the work is average at best. The professionalism of the person I dealt with was worse and the value for your or your insurance companies dollar is atrocious. They made little effort to accommodate the replacement of aftermarket parts that were covered under my policy so much so I had to source them out of pocket before they would even make an appointment. When it was supposed to be done it wasnt for another day and a half. When I arrived to pick it up they wouldnt release my keys until I paid a deductible that was never due to begin with. That took 45 minutes to resolve since it was after 5:00pm and my insurance company wasnt available.I would never recommend them to anyone. One would think a national chain would offer good service. If youre like me and your car is more than just transportation than a locally owned body shop is the only place to go, the quality of the work and service you receive are miles above what this place has to offer.

I took my 07 GMC Sierra in because a deer rammed the side of my truck. They did an incredible job of matching my 13 year old paint. Were nice and helpful in explaining their process. While maintaining a incredible job of being masked and taking covid precautions. They will have my business for sure if I ever need a body shop again. Thanks guys you have a happy customer in me.

I got rear ended, was my first accident ever and had just gotten a new car. I took it to Autobody USA and they made the whole process extremely easy and were quick to get my car back to me. My car looks perfect now, and they went above and beyond by coordinating with my insurance so that I wouldnt have to pay a deductible since the accident wasnt my fault.

Very quick inspection for my accident, but it did take a week and a half for the information to be sent to my insurance company. This could have just been because of a busy accident season but was not ideal. When car was declared totalled they were very kind and helped me clean my car due to my injuries

Im very happy with my experience here. From what I was told, we were expecting the car to be in the shop for at least six work days. It was even possible that the car could have taken two work weeks to finish. I dropped my car off on Monday, and the car was completed by Friday of the same week. I was blown away when I got the text message informing me of the completion date.Car looks great, and I had the car back earlier than I thought I would.

Absolutely fantastic. We were towed here after an accident on 94 at the recommendation of our tow company. They were truthful about the fixes, speedy with repair, and the first thing they asked when we called to check in about the car was if everyone was okay. I would recommend them 100%.

It took them a month to get my car in, they lost my info or somethin and never got a hold of me or anything. Then they keep my car for 6 days before telling me my insurance was gonna total my car. Why did it take 6 days?!?! Never comin here again

I was questioning whether or not I wanted them to fix all of the damage from my deer accident, but am extremely pleased with the results. They left the car in better shape than when they received it and detailed my interior without asking them. I hope I never have to use them again, but would certainly go to them first if I have to.

I was referred here by my insurance company. The representative was nice. The quote was reasonable but they were busy and could not get to my car for 2 weeks for repair that was estimated to take 2 weeks. I informed them I would look to have my car fixed somewhere else. The representative asked if he can check their sister body shops to get my car fixed faster. The next day, the rep calls to tell they can start working on my car at the start of the new week. It really bothers me when companies provide customer service when I am considering leaving. My car was there for nearly 2 weeks before he tells me they backed up 2 weeks. I took my car to another shop. I got the car fixed in 10 days and saved 500 dollars.

I stopped in to get an estimate. It was a cold day in February and the estimator was wearing a light jacket and not looking ready to go outside, and asked me is this something we can see from inside the lobby? This guy was really not ready to go and or do his job. My vehicle had quite a bit of exterior damage but by no means can you accurately quote it from 25 feet away and only looking at one side of it. Seriously??Also this guy was kind of rude. He was point to things on a form I had to sign with his pen so then I borrowed his pen and he was hesitant to do so and made comments about me borrowing his pen. Really? Most companies GIVE pens away as promotional!When I walked in I was not greeted. There are 2 people at the front desk and they have hands free devices so when you enter it looks like they might be talking to you? I said Hello and got nothing until I realized they were on the phone. You can walk into almost any establishment and get greeted properly.After dropping off my car for the service I happen to ask another estimator that was outside if they will vacuum the inside of the car good because I spend 20 minutes cleaning all the stuff out so they can get to it. He said, hesitantly… Well they will clean up any mess they make in the repair process?What kind of answer is that? After spending over a thousand dollars on repairs you cant give a solid response like yes we will definitely do that for you, no problem. How could you deliver a car back to the customer with a dirty exterior and interior? RidiculousThe estimator I was working with never heard of my insurance agent on Gull Road that has been in business over 10 years. You can Google it, look on their web site or in a phone book and his name comes up. I am not sure the problem here?I received much better customer service last time in the Fall.By any means not impressedI know the body repair is the most important part but dealing with this upfront is not a good showing for the company on how they operate.I think their estimator and sales staff need a brush up course on customer service.

Years ago I got my Hyundai Santa Fe repaired and was very satisfied with the work. Recently, my Toyota Sienna was rear-ended. Although the van ended up being totaled by my insurance company, and AutoBodyUSA did not end up working on it, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even helped me get my Yakima roof rack off the totaled vehicle.

Had my vehicle repaired after a rear-end accident about a year ago, body looks great but the paint job was messy.. specs of dirt sealed IN the paint along with a few odd ring marks on the quarter panel they painted. They say you can always bring it back, but who wants the hassle when it should have just been done correctly the first time? Certainly not me. I wont be using their service again.

Brought my car in for a RT Door Shell in December 2019. Dropped it off in January and after TWO WEEKS I got a call to come pick up my car the parts arent in yet. I was asked to bring it back in for repair a week later and received a call to pick up my car they sent the wrong part. Today, MARCH 4, 2020 I am receiving a message the GM engineers are re-engineering the part with no estimated completion time. My insurance company referred me to this location. The parts list quoted $2156.53 and my insurance company paid them $2130.91, nearly in full minus a few dollars. This scam company took my insurance money and Im still driving a damaged car...which is much worse considering they took it in TWICE and disassembled it TWICE. DO NOT USE THIS FAMILY OWNED LOCATION!

Beyond frustrating experience. They kept my car for 8 days and didn’t do anything until I called them 3 separate times. I expect it would still be there if I hadn’t called so much. They told my insurance company that they received and released the car on the same day. (False)I told them multiple times what happened: I hit a curb, another mechanic told me my rack and pinion needs replaced among other repairs. They looked at my car for 20 minutes and told me nothing was wrong with my car and that a “power steering pump” needed replaced and it was just “out of alignment”. I told them that I know what a car is like when it’s out of alignment but my car was not safe to drive down the road. My previous car (Toyota camry) had power steering issues so I knew the difference between a problem and something completely separate. I tried to explain that the steering issue happened after I hit the curb and auto body told me it was “just a coincidence”. Nothing but disrespect to ignore my concerns.I took it to Belle Tire for the power steering pump and they told me MY CAR DOESN’T EVEN HAVE A POWER STEERING PUMP. It’s a hybrid so it was the rack and pinion as the original mechanic said.The best part was that the mistake from Auto Body was blamed on a mechanic that was “inexperienced” with the Prius... the Prius has been around since 1997, and you’re telling me you can’t find a mechanic with hybrid/Prius experience?So I took it to Metro Toyota to get an *actual* estimate. Metro told me that I need over $5000 in repairs. So much for “nothing wrong”.

Horrible! Auto Body USA told us that it would be close to $1000 to repair our bumper that was hit in a parking lot. We went to Dunshee Body and Frame and they buffed it out for free. Auto Body USA said that wasnt even an option.
