Try to return parts purchased but didnt have the same credit card as it was lost or stolen and they would not refund me the amount instead telling me I needed to go to the original store I purchased it at.Customer service said its finest! NOT 🚫AUTO VALUE HAS LOST MY BUSINESS

Disappointing customer service over the phone by a young lady. I wish I could provide the name but Im not inerested in calling back. It was over a petty wind shield wiper blade. I needed her to put one on for my wife and she said she would not do that .

Service was good. Got a needed part shipped to store in less than 24 hours no problems. Cant beat that.
